Very handy

Pros

I really like the mobile solution and how easy it is to use.

Cons

One area that could be optimized is the reporting feature per user. It would be useful if each user could download Excel reports for themselves without seeing reports for other participants in the project.

Great tool and value

Pros

It offers great value with an easy UX and plenty of functionality. Also the team is responsive and working continuously to improves the tool.

Cons

In my opinion, Trackabi is better suited for agencies (the settings are designed to handle projects, clients and payments per hour). However, you can also disable these features and use it for a product company if needed.

Super useful

Pros

The mobile app is really convenient and I love how easy it is to use. It makes tracking time on the go so much simpler.

Cons

I think user-specific reports could be improved. It would be really helpful if each user could download only their own reports without having access to other team members' details. Having that level of control would make reporting much more efficient.

Fantastic value and responsive team

Pros

The value you get for the price is fantastic and I really appreciate how intuitive the interface feels. There's so much functionality packed in here that covers everything I need. What really stands out is how responsive the team is and they're constantly working on improvements and you can tell they listen to feedback.

Cons

I think it's really geared toward agencies with all the project, client and hourly billing setup, though you can turn those features off if your more of a product-focused business.

Easy to operate and feature-packed

Pros

It's very easy to operate plus it's packed with useful features. The screenshot functionality is a game-changer when I forget to stop my timer and need to figure out when I actually finished working.

Cons

Setting up auto-start required manual configuration though the process was straightforward and support helped me through it.

quick setup with excellent support

Pros

The program is very easy to use. Setting up a company and adding people to your team is quick and simple. I really like how it lets you assign different roles and create specific teams, so you can control all the small details. The help team has been excellent and has fixed every problem we've had. It works perfectly on Windows, Linux and Mac computers. I would definitely tell others to try it.

Cons

I wish screenshots could be stored for more than 60 days or at least give us the option to archive them somewhere like S3, R2 or Dropbox.

Organized tracking for focused work

Pros

I appreciate how I can set up timers and link specific tasks to them and it makes tracking my time much more organized. The desktop version automatically monitors which applications I'm using and for how long, which has been incredibly helpful for understanding where my time actually goes and spotting when I get distracted. Both the web and desktop interfaces are simple and easy to use.

Cons

UI is good but honestly the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming when you're just starting out. I think a better onboarding process or some kind of tutorial would really help newcomers get comfortable faster.

Pros

Trackabi User Experience

Pros

What I like most about Trackabi is its automatic screenshot feature and the daily email reminders.

Cons

Sometimes, the time measurement does not match the logged and active hours. It also disconnects automatically while other processes run perfectly, so it does not seem to be a network issue.

Pros

Pros

It is very user-friendly. I watched the training video once and immediately understood how to use it.

My review about trackabi

Pros

What I like most about Trackabi is that it is really useful not only for tracking my time for my boss but also for managing my own time and keeping track of my work.

Cons

What I dislike is that when my network is not stable, the tracked time sometimes rolls back a few minutes before the screen capture and the start button does not always activate immediately after I click it.

Trackabi have many bugs

Pros

Due to Trackabi, I lost many hours, which cost me a lot. So I have nothing good mention.

Cons

I have not come across anything to like as mentioned before because the software is full of bugs and customer support is unresponsive.

An average time tracking tool

You can change or edit time if Trackabi stops working and it offers many other great features at a reasonable price.

Cons

Easy to access and more convenient without any bugs

Pros

Trackabi does not require much memory, so it loads quickly. Also it's easy to access check-in and check-out features and we can assign tasks automatically before opening the app. Moreover it is easy to review previous tasks, track the projects I have worked on and see the time I took to complete each task separately. It's very easy to create and modify tasks and we can edit the timer if we forget to start it.

Cons

Occasionally, it gives a Java error but restarting the app usually resolves the issue.
