Notably I found the limitations imposed on users who haven't upgraded to a pro account to be frustrating and overly constraining as they significantly reduce the functionality available to basic members.

For scheduling appointments I selected this platform because it enables me to gather my trainees' initial input effortlessly and I find the interface extremely easy to use, I also rely on it to automate several reply workflows and by incorporating Video Ask my trainees are able to send me authentic, close-to-the-camera feedback which helps me feel more connected.

Cons

Similar to Google Forms I wish the product provided unrestricted access to all its features without extra cost and I find that exporting or syncing entries into my Notion workspace can be somewhat tricky and tough to set up.
