“google sheets integration

Pros

I find the integration between Google Sheets and this tool to be outstanding and I have relied on it to automatically move responses from the surveys I design into a Google Spreadsheet so that I can perform more advanced analysis, moreover, the interface is remarkably user-friendly for me when creating forms and also easy for respondents completing them and the level of simplicity and simple design this product delivers is something I have not found in any other survey platform I have tried.

Cons

My only displeasure with the service is that they discontinued the chat form creation functionality a few months ago which I found particularly useful for crafting conversational-style questionnaires and that absence has been a real drawback in my workflow.

While the service provides a no-cost tier, what bothers me is that, for instance, I'm unable to integrate Google Analytics, I wish the platform offered that capability from the outset so I could evaluate it before committing to purchase the premium plan which would make my decision to upgrade much easier.

I find it fast and easy to configure my form, survey, or registration pages and the free plan grants me a respectable level of customization while offering sufficient question capacity to satisfy my fundamental needs.

Cons

We would appreciate having a pay-per-form option in addition to the standard subscription pricing, because I rarely require the advanced features (such as conditional logic) and therefore a one-time bundle for, say, a single form or three forms that could be purchased outright rather than committing to a monthly or yearly plan would suit my needs much better.
