Easy to use tool ! I value the UI and simplicity of use along with my ability to create complex form logic also I can point the form to a Web request endpoint beating the competition.

Cons

No particular complaints here I only hope for cheaper pricing.

For me it drastically accelerates the creation of technical forms allowing me to assemble complex functional form structures in a very short amount of time thanks to its focused feature set.

Cons

I find it somewhat difficult to use if you lack a technical background particularly when dealing with embedding code into source files which can be confusing and error-prone.

I appreciate the easy, no-frills layout combined with a contemporary and customizable visual design and I can assemble forms within a matter of minutes because the platform offers an simple editor that aligns the entire creation process.

Cons

From my perspective the main drawback is the high price point because this tool is noticeably costlier than alternative form-creation services which can be a deterrent for budget-conscious users.

In my experience this is the best solution for conducting online surveys, because it combines an simple interface with swift performance that makes creating and distributing questionnaires easy and efficient.

On several occasions I found myself wanting to include additional options yet the interface did not provide any way for me to do so which felt limiting.

I've found this tool to be the best survey solution available, since it's easy to configure, offers playful customization options and creates a very pleasant experience for respondents to complete, I also deploy it for technical assessments and several of our applicants have told me they appreciated the process.

Cons

Although I find the pricing relatively steep, I think the expense can be justified for short-term projects or single campaigns, however, I wouldn't be comfortable committing to a long-term subscription because our technology budget must cover many other platforms and since there are numerous free alternatives like Google Forms or more economical services such as SurveyMonkey, I tend to reserve this tool for limited use.

Okay so...... I appreciate that it displays one survey question at a time which enables me to provide more thoughtful, well-considered responses rather than rushing through multiple prompts.

Cons

From my experience because the survey hides remaining items so they aren't all visible simultaneously I often feel uncertain about what the upcoming questions will ask.

“lacks drag-and-drop option!!

Good tool.. I find that it aligns creating forms by providing ready-made templates, responsive designs and an attractive layout.

My biggest issue with this application is the absence of more sophisticated drag-and-drop capabilities, in particular the inability to duplicate entire projects into different folders, which, given the large number of projects I handle, would dramatically reduce the time I spend managing files and would make the whole organizational workflow far more efficient. On top of that, I would appreciate enhanced text-editing tools, for example a bulk find-and-replace function to update words or phrases across content and broader global settings that could be applied to every slide so I wouldn't have to tweak each slide one by one.

I like that I can build numerous different kinds of forms, since this versatility enables me to tailor data collection to a range of specific use cases without needing additional tools.

I find that virtually every facet of this tool functions well and satisfies my expectations so I have no notable criticisms to raise at this time.

Using this tool I have watched it transform what would otherwise be ordinary, static forms into conversational experiences that feel more interactive and I appreciate how the clean, fluid design coupled with conversational prompts allows me to embed images and videos within surveys and quizzes which makes them far more engaging, additionally, the analytics dashboard provides great statistical insights into respondent behavior and completion rates.

Cons

While it offers a free plan I quickly realized that the more powerful capabilities I need such as conditional logic jumps and a range of third-party integrations are not available without upgrading because those advanced functions remain behind a paywall and restrict my ability to build the complex workflows I want.

What I appreciate is that the person building the tool interacts with it in the exact same manner an end user would which gives me greater confidence in how simple and authentic the experience feels, I also value the capability to make global visual adjustments like background colors, font choices, logo color treatments and other universal styling options.

While I can't pin the responsibility solely on the software itself, I observed that we received very few completed form submissions which was disappointing and constrained the volume of usable responses available for analysis.

I personally find the pricing somewhat misaligned with the market, especially given that numerous other solutions are capable of delivering the same functionality at potentially lower cost.

Setup was easy and the reporting capabilities for the surveys I ran made analyzing the results far more efficient and accessible.

While I value many aspects of the platform I find the customization tools insufficiently flexible and I would greatly benefit from more great analytics being made available at the lower subscription levels to better inform decisions.

This platform provides excellent feedback management, supports custom branding and integrates easily with websites, helping me maintain a consistent presence across multiple online touchpoints.

Great tool but during testing the service, I was disappointed to discover that the free trial restricts me to only 10 submissions per month, a limitation that feels unreasonably small and prevents even novice users from fully evaluating the software.
