“Great but overpriced
Pros
As someone who builds online forms regularly, I consider this among the top form builders on the market because it is easy to use and allows me to create visually appealing, interactive forms without fuss, the interface and overall user experience are excellent and I find it reasonably customizable
Cons
Personally I find it vastly overpriced when compared to FilOut and although their price point may not seem unreasonable relative to a number of other vendors in the space, I think potential buyers must do their own comparisons because once you start looking into those alternative providers you'll discover that many offer a substantially broader feature set, consequently, if I am expected to pay in the neighborhood of $59 per month for a form-building solution, I would anticipate integrated capabilities on par with what you get from platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or MailChimp which are available with tools like WPForms or Gravity Forms.

“engaging design boosts completion
Pros
I think the most significant strength of this platform is its attractive design and the fluid user experience it delivers which together make respondents feel engaged rather than confronted with a dull questionnaire, the result is that forms align with a company's branding instead of coming across as 'just another boring survey'. Additionally, because the interface directs clear attention to each question during completion and provides genuinely simple navigation controls, I see somewhat higher completion rates compared with the average-looking surveys I've deployed.
Cons
I do think the pricing can be somewhat prohibitive for smaller educational organizations that only access the tool infrequently and while it may be a stretch for those operating on tight budgets, in my experience the benefits can justify the expense.

As a user I've discovered that while mastering the platform can take a considerable amount of time, the outcomes it delivers are genuinely impressive when you put in the effort.

“modern engaging submission forms
Pros
This platform offers the most effective approach to crafting highly engaging submission forms because its contemporary tools transform what would otherwise be a dull process into a genuinely enjoyable submission experience.
Cons
I stopped using the service primarily because the cost structure is limited which remains the single biggest factor that pushed me away.

“drag-and-drop brand-aligned forms
Pros
Relying heavily on the drag-and-drop interface helps me handle situations where a survey or form demands a prompt reply and tailoring the look to match our brand standards is considerably easier than many alternatives.
Cons
For me personally the pricing feels somewhat steep when I consider accessing the additional features I would like to explore although up to this point I have managed with the free tier which covers the basic needs I have without forcing an upgrade.

“Easy to use tool
Pros
Constructing and visually designing forms, along with configuring tailored automations, has proven very easy and efficient for me.
Cons
Although their customer support tended to be a bit slow in replying to our questions, I suspect this was due to the team's heavy workload and high demand.

“clear interface improves feedback
Pros
The interface is simple and user-friendly, and because the surveys are laid out clearly for consumers, I notice they are much more inclined to provide feedback.
Cons
It would be helpful if I had access to a larger library of pre-made templates to align setup and make the product easier to use.

“Still Too Limited, Even on a Paid Plan
Pros
The form has a great, uncluttered design and is easy to complete which noticeably improves the appearance of any survey and I also found the initial setup process unusually simple and quick to accomplish.
Cons
I feel constrained by the free tier's limitations and even after upgrading to a paid subscription there remain certain restrictions that can be frustrating, moreover, I personally only perceive a strong benefit when this is used as part of an ongoing automation workflow, whereas for a single, one-off instance it seems largely unnecessary.

“interactive templates, third-party integration
Pros
As someone who uses it regularly I appreciate its simple interface and the extensive selection of customizable templates which together create an engaging, interactive experience, furthermore, the platform connects smoothly to many third-party services such as Google Sheets, Slack and Airtable and offers great reporting and analysis capabilities.
Cons
Not a negative thing to say here but I find the pricing to be somewhat steep for smaller companies and solo users, particularly when one requires the premium functionality or needs higher response quotas which can make the overall cost a barrier.

“high pricing and limitations
Pros
I find it remarkably simple to design attractive forms that users actually enjoy completing and in my experience the overall user experience is excellent for the end user.
Cons
From my perspective the pricing feels overly high and the service imposes limiting constraints which I have noticed both when using the free tier and while subscribed to the paid plans.

“great survey management
Pros
Okay so... I've found this tool to be an excellent form-management solution, particularly when compared to Google Forms, my team and I have employed it to gather a wide variety of information and datasets and configuring the many survey formats is surprisingly easy. The interface is simple and the range of question types is great which makes designing different survey flows quick and efficient.
Cons
Occasionally I find it somewhat challenging to get my bearings with newly released features yet the vendor consistently keeps an excellent FAQ and comprehensive How-To library that usually answers my questions and helps me adapt quickly.

“Feels Limited Compared to All-in-One Tools
Pros
We find this tool extremely useful for multiple reasons, the decision-making logic embedded in it makes our forms noticeably smarter. It allows us to craft branching user journeys that react to respondents' answers and deliver a much higher degree of personalization that in turn improves inbound conversion rates. In addition, the automation capabilities let us forward responses into Slack and various other business systems which is crucial for our team's workflow and the conversion analytics provided across the entire form funnel supply the detailed insights we rely on to continually refine and optimise our forms.
Cons
I will say that from a business perspective we tend to prefer platforms that offer a vertically integrated stack with a broader set of features, products and capabilities, so there is an inherent appeal to all-in-one solutions, this product operates as a standalone offering which can feel limiting when you compare it to tools like ClickUp that include a forms module embedded within a much more comprehensive project management ecosystem.

“free mailing list setup
Pros
I appreciate that without any upfront expense I was able to set up a form to collect individuals who wish to join my mailing list having launched a new venture I was reluctant to commit funds to tools before I had begun to generate consistent revenue.
Cons
That limitation is understandable given that I'm using the free tier, yet because I'm on that plan I can only allow a very small number of subscribers to register for the newsletter which is restrictive.

“Difficult to use for complex flows!!
Pros
Honestly I find this tool very simple and highly configurable, so that it doesn't demand a technical specialist to operate, colleagues from marketing, management, HR, or communications can quickly get comfortable with it, since the default templates are neat, practical and natively responsive, making it a fairly complete solution that is easy to adopt and deploy.
Cons
From my experience the platform shows its limits and becomes difficult once a questionnaire involves more than three or four possible scenarios, because its graphical scenario management can turn into an unreadable tangle, while it handles simple flows well, exceeding that number of paths typically forces me to hunt down design errors in the form which can delay rollout and the cost can become hard to justify unless it's used regularly, ideally at least once or twice a month or tied into an automation such as a quality survey.
