Enrollment process with our health insurance was very smooth. The interface strikes a perfect balance, simple enough to use easily but still looks polished and professional. I really appreciated the level of service throughout the whole experience.

The functionality of the software was acceptable, but there was a discrepancy in the presentation to the client regarding UZIO's capability to communicate all of the employer's benefits to their employees it should have first reviewed all the benefits the employer was offering before the presentation. It would have saved a lot of embarrassment.
Cons
The software falls short in effectively communicating employer benefits to employees. It could not display all the benefits offered and there were challenges with staff understanding insurance contracts, leading to time wasted in corrections and explanations.
