The only issue I have encountered personally is that it is a bit clunky when you have to use it as both a member and an admin. The best practice, as I have found, is to ensure all members use personal emails, while admins should stick to work emails for logins.

We faced difficulties with the payroll integration when they partnered with Execupay (though we haven't tested the in-house integration since then).

There are no file feeds except for Discovery Benefits also there is no ADHOC reporting, and benefit setup for Disability plans is limited.

We appreciated the paperless approach during open enrollment. It was great that everyone could manage their benefits for the new year according to their preferences.

In some areas, miscommunication led to a lot of confusion and we are hopefully learning from these mistakes.
