Cons
There seem to be a few kinks, particularly between life insurance and health insurance but they have managed to resolve them after a week or two.

Pros
I loved how easy it was to implement this product with the staff. It provides a clear framework to guide them through their decisions and they found it quick to complete. My favorite feature is that it highlights the major elements of each plan before they make a decision and shows them the cost difference.
Cons
One feature that could be improved is the beneficiary feature. It tends to stall people as it requests a lot of information that is not readily available and there is no way to override it.

“simple for brokers but high costs”
Pros
Managing clients has become so much simpler with this platform and it's really made a difference for local brokers like myself. The interface is simple and cuts down on time spent on daily tasks significantly.
Cons
Started using this when it was completely free but now there's a pricing structure for brokers. I get that you can offset costs by hitting certain targets but I'd really appreciate having a basic free tier available for brokers who are just getting started.

Pros
Very neat and clean inteface and the Uzio team provides outstanding support. It has completely transformed how we handle our day-to-day operations. What really stands out is how responsive and accessible the support staff is & they're absolutely fantastic.
Cons
It only supports English, which is a real limitation since we need Spanish and other language options. Integration with carriers is restricted too, so we end up doing alot of manual backend work for clients that could be automated.
