This tool keeps all my benefits in one place where I can easily view and organize everything. What's particularly helpful is that it displays PDFs of my actual benefit plans right alongside my benefits list even though they come from different organizations.

I am really impressed with the benefits breakdown! Finding my medical and dental coverage is super easy. The home page dashboard is also great,it shows me my time off, coworkers' anniversaries and other tasks I need to complete plus downloading my paystubs is easy ,the PDFs are clean and easy to read.

I would like to have a time off calculator that shows how much time off I will have in the future, making it easier to plan vacation days.

Its very simple to clock in and out plus being able to view my paystubs right there is super convenient.

The time tracking only displays my total hours for the entire two-week period but I can't see daily breakdowns to track where I'm at each day.

I've never struggled to find what I'm looking for when completing tasks. The dashboard puts all the essential actions and info right at my fingertips. I've used other HR platforms that were confusing and made simple things like finding pay stubs unnecessarily difficult. What I really appreciate is the "Your Action Needed" section that shows me exactly what needs attention as soon as I log in.

I really miss a feature from other HR platforms where you could forecast your future time off balance. If I'm planning vacation six months out, I'd love to see how much PTO I'll have accumulated by that date but this tool doesn't offer that capability.

Only downside is that there really aren't any major complaints and the team adapted quickly and everyone seems satisfied with the transition.
