“Complete dealership management solution”
Pros
The simple design and law focused features make organizing cases, clients, billing and calendars incredibly easy. I really appreciate having everything integrated in one place, including email functionality that lets me incorporate client communications directly into their respective files. Implementation took about a month to fully integrate into my workflow. It's become absolutely essential for my daily practice operations and I have to highlight the customer support, they're always available to communicate and clear up any questions I have.
Cons
One of the few drawbacks I've noticed is how well it adapts to the Latin American market, I think this comes from the developers having a European background, since billing methods, time tracking and proforma processes work differently across regions worldwide.

We've been using this program at our law firm for a year now and it's really simplified how we operate. The way it handles case assignments to different lawyers and tracks task completion has been a game changer for us. I find the backlog reports pretty confusing, our office team has trouble understanding what they're showing us.
