Complete dealership management solution

Pros

The simple design and law focused features make organizing cases, clients, billing and calendars incredibly easy. I really appreciate having everything integrated in one place, including email functionality that lets me incorporate client communications directly into their respective files. Implementation took about a month to fully integrate into my workflow. It's become absolutely essential for my daily practice operations and I have to highlight the customer support, they're always available to communicate and clear up any questions I have.

Cons

One of the few drawbacks I've noticed is how well it adapts to the Latin American market, I think this comes from the developers having a European background, since billing methods, time tracking and proforma processes work differently across regions worldwide.

Great law firm management solution

Pros

We've been using this program at our law firm for a year now and it's really simplified how we operate. The way it handles case assignments to different lawyers and tracks task completion has been a game changer for us. What I appreciate most is how easy the invoicing system is and how it summarizes all the work we've done for clients. The interface is super simple, honestly, it cuts down on data entry time significantly. One thing that's been particularly helpful is how it standardized our time tracking process, making it much easier to show clients exactly how much time we've spent on their cases. The client portal feature is pretty cool too, our clients find it convenient and user friendly. It's clean and simple to navigate which is why I'd definitely recommend this to other law firms or really any business looking for better management tools. The mobile app deserves a mention as well, it's minimalist but functional and I can access everything I need on the go. Overall, implementing this system has made our firm run much more smoothly.

Cons

I find the backlog reports pretty confusing, our office team has trouble understanding what they're showing us.

Smooth tracking with great support

Pros

I really appreciate how this tool simplifies our timekeeping and billing processes, something that's absolutely essential for our law practice. It keeps our records accurate and current, tracking time spent and activities on each case perfectly. This lets us get invoices out quickly which has definitely improved our cash flow and overall efficiency. The support team deserves special mention too, they respond fast to any questions and genuinely care about maintaining strong relationships with clients. Having it available as both a web platform and mobile app that works across different jurisdictions is pretty impressive and adds great flexibility.

Cons

There aren't many drawbacks, as we''ve seen improvements across various areas of our practice and I haven't come across any significant shortcomings with this system.
