“Evidence tracking made simple”
Pros
It is hands down the best program I have found to manage evidence. It only took 15 minutes to figure out how to use it and within 4 hours, I had a complete fact report and timeline, something that would have taken hours to do manually. And other programs require a lot of unbillable data entry time, but with CaseFleet I can instantly create a work product and capture all the time as billable. I absolutely love this program!
Cons
I love all the features but what I like the least is the pricing.

“Worth every cent for litigators”
Pros
CaseFleet makes organizing files by contact and related claims very easy. It also helps me get timelines for my case and prepares it for depositions, summary judgment and trial. The different ways to tag and mark documents are also important along with the variety of report options. Since I struggle with building systems and finding non-manual ways to do my work I love that everything is built in and has made my job so simple and stress free.
Cons
Well I think the transcription for audio files could be improved. But I understand that AI is still being worked on. I also wish it were easier to mark and clip audio.

“Perfect for complex work”
Pros
It made filing documents chronologically so easy for me along with cross referencing notes and overlapping legal issues all taken care of.
Cons
The visual timeline graphic was hard to use when the chronology was incomplete. It did not display well until the full time period was added. For example, when we input 204 to 16 and 2017 to 19, the timeline graphic did not work well because it only showed two time periods and they were too small to compare properly.
