“Easy to use with great support
Pros
I am finding the program extremely easy to use and whenever I run into problems the support team responds quickly and is always helpful. The reports themselves are particularly useful.
Cons
I'd like if the templates were smarter so they could pull data from several tabs when required. It would also help if I had greater control to reorganize sections within a tab to suit my workflow for example, moving events up to the top of the litigation page. In addition the calendar feels a bit basic and could use some enhancements to make scheduling and viewing easier.

“Natural navigation with customizable reminders
Pros
CASEpeer feels incrediblynaturalto use and to navigate. Beyond the core functionality, I take advantage of CASEplan which sets up automatic reminders and or tasks that I can customize to my needs. I can also produce essential reports in just a few moments.
Cons
Although CASEpeer excels at managing car accident and other personal injury matters, I don't find it really ideal for most Workers' Compensation matters.

“user-friendly
Pros
it is very user-friendly. The team keeps adding and refining features and I can quickly download reports without hassle.
Cons
I am still getting the hang of things and occasionally I have to double-check reports. For instance, cases labeled as drop review show their status under the close out category, yet they appear as open cases when I generate a report.

“Consolidated tools for all tasks
Pros
Having all of our tools and information consolidated in one place really helps me I can handle a wide range of tasks directly inside the system without switching between apps.
Cons
For someone new, I think it could be a bit easier to navigate and moreuser-friendlyto pick up.

“Seamless third-party tool integration

“User-friendly and well organized system
Pros
I really like howuser-friendlythe system is to use and how well it keeps everything organized for me.
Cons
It would be helpful if we could send texts to more than one number for the same client. I am also hoping for an option to split text threads when a client has several separate accidents, because right now messages about his 1/1/2023 claim end up in the 12/1/2022 file if that's the case we have texting enabled for. At the moment, texts always funnel into the 12/1/2022 case which causes confusion. I would also like the ability to export or produce a list that includes clients' dates of birth and their liability status.

“Easy start with excellent client portal
Pros
From the moment I started using this software, I found it reallyeasyand it immediately put me at ease knowing our cases would be better organized I am especially happy about the client portal feature that lets our clients sign up directly.
Cons
I ran into one problem during the migration of our old database there were many duplicate records we had to sort through and clean up and some cases that existed in the legacy system never made it across during the transfer.

“easy to learn
Pros
I am really impressed by howeasy-to-useCASEPeer is. I stepped into the personal injury world only a few months ago with no prior background and CASEPeer smoothed that entire learning curve for me. It lets me track every step of a case and having Records on Time linked in makes getting records and billssimpleand hassle-free.
Cons
My only real request would be that CASEPeer could pull data automatically from every document we upload and then populate the necessary fields for us. I'd love not to have to enter or check those details manually each time.

“Simple onboarding with powerful automation
Pros
When it is time to bring new staff up to speed, I find this tool incrediblysimpleand smooth. I mean it is genuinelyuser-friendly. Between the automated CASEplans and document generation, mundane chores are done in seconds and the whole team always knows what the next action is for each file. Seriously, everything from where medical records stand to pending liens, plus any analytical report I might need, is available at my fingertips inside CASEpeer. I honestly couldn't operate my firm without it.
Cons
While it offers strong reporting capabilities, I wish it gave me more control over exports something cleaner and easier on the eyes rather than only raw spreadsheet downloads. It would also be great if I could print a firm-branded invoice straight from the costs tab to hand to clients. The time tracking tool looks solid and works well while I am in CASEpeer but once I export the entries they're practically useless as I end up retyping most fields to make the spreadsheet workable and then reformatting again to produce something presentable that I can rely on as evidence in court.

“Excellent case dashboard and tracking
Pros
I really like the case dashboard because it gives me a concise, excellent overview of every case on a single page. From that screen it is only a click to dig into any specific area. I rely heavily on templates to speed up work and the medical treatment and records tracking features are absolutely indispensable to my workflow.
Cons
We find the Settlement tab overly complicated and wish it were streamlined to match how we use the system. Since we don't use CASEpeer for accounting, it isn't a deal-breaker for us but other law firms that handle finances inside the platform might be fine with it.

“Quick start with great support
Pros
one thing I love is that how quickly I could get up and running as the learning curve is small. Plus the autofill for custom templates are great and their responsive customer support team makes them even better.
Cons
When I am building custom templates, I would like greater freedom to decide exactly where particular pieces of information appear. I understand that in most situations this level of control isn't necessary and that the existing constraints work fine but there are a handful of templates we use at our law firm that require that extra flexibility. Currently some keywords can be applied across every 'context', whereas others are restricted to only one or a few contexts as a safety measure. That protection is useful for folks who are just getting started with templates but I would like the ability to turn that safety off and create at my own risk when I am confident and experienced enough to manage those templates myself.

“Critical notes feature prevents oversights
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is the critical notes area because it prevents important things from slipping through the cracks like when a client is in bankruptcy or has a child support lien which have specific laws we must follow when a case settles. I also value being able to track discovery that our side owes to the defense and vice versa which keeps those obligations organized. On top of that I can quickly see exactly how many files a particular person is handling, what stage each matter is in and the last time a case was updated or touched which helps with workload management and oversight.
Cons
What frustrates me the most is the calendar and I will be frank about why? it lags which leads to dates being double booked frequently because there isn't a true live update when items are added. I have run into situations where entries only appear on the calendar report but never show up on the visual calendar and that disconnect has caused tasks to be missed. Another annoyance is that when I try to view only one attorney's schedule, the calendar ends up displaying everything scheduled for the whole office which defeats the purpose of filtering. I would really like an option to reverse a file when circumstances change. There are times a company will jump-file a lawsuit and our client suddenly becomes the defendant and it doesn't accommodate that workflow as a result, the critical notes field becomes the only place I can rely on to keep the situation straight.

“Pleased with instant case overview
Pros
Overall I am really pleased with the program. For each client, the Home page instantly shows the case status so I can see where things stand at a glance. It lets me jump straight to the specific case details I need without wasting time. The way it organizes and manages information keeps files incredibly tidy and gives the attorney the practical tools required to pursue a successful outcome for our clients.
Cons
I find adding standard document templates somewhat clunky and wish it were moresimpleand user-friendly.
