Honestly it is extremely user-friendly for me even when I am not tech-savvy, I can navigate it without hassle.
Cons

“Important for pi practice management
Pros
CASEpeer has become an important part of how our personal injury law practice runs. I also rely on it to monitor our marketing campaigns, keep tabs on staff productivity and manage contingency fee calculations.
Cons
One challenge we ran into with CASEpeer was getting everyone on our team aligned about the case stages and making sure everyone followed the same workflow required a lot of coordination. In my view, that hurdle was largely due to our internal processes rather than anything CASEpeer could have done differently.

What I really like is how it helps me keep track of everything from documents and files to photos and pictures.
Cons
One thing I dislike at the moment is that we still cannot upload videos which feels limiting.

“Quick setup with a natural layout
Pros
Compared to other case management programs I have used, I find CasePEER sets up extremely quickly and easily and its layout feels really�natural.
Cons
What bothers me is that I cannot customize certain settings especially how photos are savedand there's no option for me to save videos which is a real limitation.

I have found the texting feature incredibly helpful and my clients always tell me they appreciate it.
Cons
We cannot color-code events in the calendar which makes it harder for us to visually organize and distinguish our schedule.

I find it�simple�to navigate and there are many varied features and tasks the program lets me perform.
Cons
It would be great if there were an LOR claim service beyond just LOR templates. I also wish selecting which template to use was a bit more simple. Still I really love the software.

Pros
Being able to track how we communicate with clients and monitor their treatment has been huge for increasing the value of our cases. My case flow has gotten better since I can more easily keep tabs on case statuses.
Cons
In our experience, getting everything integrated was challenging, largely due to pushback from staff.

For me, the medical treatment section is the standout feature of Casepeer. I can monitor every client's medical providers all in a single place which makes managing their care�simple�and very easy.

I am impressed by how simple and efficient it is to use. It kind of reminds me of Facebook and I really love it!

Honestly the messaging feature blew me away as it was fantastic. I also like that the messages are tied to the user profile which makes tracking conversations much easier.

I have found this product incredibly user-friendly and it gives me a variety of tools to monitor every aspect of a client's case effectively.
Cons
That said, I believe there are always opportunities for enhancement or fresh ideas to explore and I run into a minor annoyance when editing documents because I have to download the file first, make my changes locally and then upload the updated version back into the system.

I am a fan of CASEpeer because it makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page. Keeping communication tight is essential and it gives you a quick snapshot of your case. I also really value the webinars they provide to keep us informed about the latest developments.

“Overly basic and inflexible backend

In my experience, it contains a lot of promising concepts for personal injury case management, particularly around monitoring medical bills and managing record requests. however I find the application itself to be overly basic and inflexible in its present form.
Cons
For me the biggest problem is its backend as it feels far too basic and inflexible. I often feel like everything is set in stone and I cannot make necessary changes, so the platform really needs a stronger, more capable backend database to complement its attractive and functional frontend.
