Pros
As a food pantry, I love how well it helps us organize information about the people we serve.
Cons
Personally I find it difficult to make changes to certain specific items and yes there is always room for improvement in any system.

Pros
Having client information ready is important, especially details about family relationships, this helps me give the right food and supplies to each household. The good thing is that CharityTracker exactly does this.
Cons
Once I got familiar with the organization of the platform, I did not have any complaints.

“Excellent tracker and reporting tools
Pros
The Assistance Tracker and the reporting tools are excellent. The bulletin board is also a great way for different agencies to share information and communicate.
Cons
We still cannot update Release of Information forms through the kiosk and managing all those ROIs manually is very time-consuming. But I wish there were a simpler, automated way to handle it.

Pros
It is really great for tracking data and running reports. We are able to monitor a huge number of clients all at once.
Cons
Well we are still struggling to measure client goals over time especially since some of our coaches are not very tech-savvy. For now, we are logging everything as an assistance record to track when clients meet their objectives.

“Love the wide report selection
Pros
I love that I can run so many different kinds of reports. The wide selection is essential for our work.
Cons
Nothing much but I would love an option to view all our cases sorted by enrollment date or in alphabetical order, that would make it much easier to get an overview of who we are helping.

“Works exactly as it should!
Pros
It works exactly as it should and is fairly user friendly, both for using it myself and for teaching others. Also it is easy for our system admin to modify and add new categories.
Cons
I find the reports awkward to modify and customize. I'd also like to be able to limit which agencies receive specific alerts.

Pros
We love the multi-agency setup for our program sites across the country. The reporting functions are also great and we can customize them to fit our exact operational model.
Cons
The implementation process took a while since we switched from a very different platform. While the customizability is great, it does require a significant amount of onboarding time for staff at the beginning.

Pros
The visual layout is really nice. As a new user, I find it easy to find my way around and I like that multiple agencies can access the same cases.
Cons
I wish I could customize client case numbers to sort them visually by disaster event. If this is already possible, my apologies for missing it.

Pros
Having access to a family's contact information and details is great. When they call, I can help them from the churchs side, not just through Love INC.
Cons
The reports do not easily show the information our church needs. Plus it would be great to have all a family's details like ages, genders, a main contact number and allergies in one spot instead of spread across different tabs.

Pros
When someone calls to schedule a pickup, I can quickly pull up their client information. Also I can see how many people are in their family and what other appointments they have.
Cons
My main issue is that I cannot pull a specific list of who is scheduled each week, so it is hard to be sure we dont accidentally miss someone who comes for a pickup.

“Love the detailed household tracking
Pros
I love how much detail I can store for each person in a household and the ability to move members between households. The ROI system is also very useful.
Cons
If I spell a clients name wrong, they won't show up in the search results. The reporting feature also feels pretty clunky. Another big concern is that we cannot make private versions of profiles created by other agencies. Many clients refuse to sign an ROI and do not want their information visible but we cannot do anything about profiles other agencies have made public.

The staff is so responsive and helpful, every question I have asked has been answered quickly by someone who is always cheerful.
Cons
To me the user interface feels a bit clunky and outdated. I mean it could really use a modern refresh.

Cons
Well I have had trouble searching for some names by last name. If the spelling or capitalization is off, I have to type the first name instead because the search doesn't work correctly.

Pros
Working with the customer support team has been amazing. They are very helpful as I learn to navigate Charity Tracker.
Cons
I would not call it a true case management system because you cannot filter to show just open or closed files. There is also no direct way to assign cases to specific staff members. We have had to create fake files for our staff and link them to clients, which is an extra step. Also supervisory notes get buried in the general case notes instead of having their own dedicated space. Plus being able to upload multiple documents at once would be a huge help too!

I really value how we can customize the platform for our specific needs and the layout is very clear and organized. Also the tech support team has been quick to respond and very helpful.
Cons
The system can be a bit slow to load sometimes which really interrupts our workflow when we are busy.
