“Excellent for group communication and reports
Pros
The bulletin feature made communicating with a large group really simple. It is also helpful that our agency can edit its own entries and the customizable reports are very useful.
Cons
We had to keep re-uploading the same Release of Information forms every time we added a new family member. The service description box also does not have any formatting options, so we had to create our own strict rules for how to write entries.

“A really great & simple product
Pros
This is a really great product, it is easy to use, super helpful and I have not had a single issue, everything works smoothly and is very user-friendly. Amazing, amazing!
Cons
It can be a little slow sometimes but other than that, I don't have any complaints. It is a great and very helpful product overall.

“Love the flexible data tracking
Pros
We love the flexibility in what data we can track. We have even managed to track some pretty unusual information with it. The platform is also very user-friendly.
Cons
The price for individual user licenses is a bit high. It would be really helpful if a single license could be shared by at least two people.

Pros
It is easy to find my way around and look up client details. I also love that we can have as many users as we need which is perfect since we have a lot of volunteers helping with different tasks.
Cons
We cannot upload some of our files because they seem to be too large for the system. Another issue is that we cannot separate clients by specific storms or regions, every user has access to all client information.

“Valuable for tracking aid
Pros
CharityTracker gives me information on individuals in need within the Glasgow/Barren County KY area who have received help before.
Cons
The main issue is that many local churches and agencies do not use the platform as intended. The Release of Information process is also quite cumbersome. So I am considering just having generic paper forms for people to fill out on the spot and then uploading them later. The system also depends entirely on consistent data entry so if I forget to log something, it does not work well. In short it is only as effective as the user makes it.

“Monitors and fairly distributes aid
Pros
It helps us monitor how resources are given to individuals and families, which prevents giving duplicate aid and makes sure help is distributed fairly.
Cons
Finding a clients name can be tricky if it's spelled differently in the system and not all the possible spelling variations show up as suggestions.

Cons

The ability to connect it with our new Equip for Life Program is great. We can also add new clients with their information on a simple platform that also stores their documents.
Cons
My experience has been completely positive so far. My only suggestion would be to add a feature for tracking inventory management.

Pros
Working with the technical support team is a great experience whenever we need customizations. They always respond quickly and provide clear answers to our questions. We also really like the referral feature and are excited to see the positive impact it will have in our community.
Cons
Right now a staff member cannot be an administrator for more than one agency. This creates a problem if that person is away as referrals might not get processed. So we are hoping for more flexible supervision settings in the future for staff who manage multiple networks.

The software was user-friendly and easy to navigate, with features that would be helpful for us in many different settings.
Cons
I wish I could have hidden or removed features we did not need for our work. It also would have been useful to have a few standard, pre-set reports for monthly data instead of always having to build them from scratch.

Pros
We can run very specific reports to monitor exactly what we need to, which is a feature I really like. The customization is also extremely helpful.
Cons
We have run into a few system glitches. For instance, we were scanning client barcodes to track attendance and meals but when we went to run the report, we found that none of the data from the last couple of months had saved, even though we followed the instructions.
