It's simple to navigate and I've even brought several other agencies on board so we can all keep track of what one another is doing.
Cons
I'd still like to see the client's name displayed in bold and placed at the top, instead of showing the name of the person entering the information first.

“Hardly any training needed”
Pros
Getting started with this software was very simple and it hardly took any training at all. It's been an incredibly valuable tool for keeping track of the assistance we provide to our clients.
Cons
I'll be even more excited once more agencies are fully connected to our network and we're still in the process of setting that up. Once that's in place, the system will let us track clients who receive help from multiple agencies. Your customer service team was also very helpful in explaining how we can make that happen.

“Great for spotting repeat aid”
Pros
It helps us figure out when someone may be abusing the support offered by charitable organizations. When we can see that a person has recently received assistance from several different places, it gives us a clearer sign that they might be taking advantage of the help we provide.
Cons
The details about a person's connections to others who may be scamming charities still aren't specific enough.

Pros
Everything we need about our clients is in one place and it also gives us the details required for the year-end reports we have to complete.
Cons
It can do a lot more than we currently need which makes it feel a bit overwhelming. If it were customized to each customer's specific needs, it would be less complicated and more manageable for people who aren't very comfortable with computers.

I appreciate being able to see people who have already worked with other organizations for financial assistance. The note-taking part is simple to use and it's really helpful that those notes can be shared with other agencies. There are also plenty of search options for looking someone up which makes the system very useful overall.

It captures clients' needs and accomplishments clearly. It works as a solid resource between the client and the agency, helping quantify both needs and progress in a practical way.
Cons
It is not very customizable. It is not really set up for agencies or staff to use it as a tool for continuous improvement, identifying institutional or personal goals or tracking agency and individual achievements. It also does not appear to support inter-agency needs or shared resource offerings very well.

Creating reports is very user friendly and the whole process feels simple. I also really appreciate the photo ID feature on each client's general info page.
Cons
An assistance record can sometimes disappear if it hasn't been saved yet and there's no way to recover it even with the back button. It would also be much better if all assistance records could be searched using a single keyword.

One thing that really works well is being able to record exactly what was done and discussed with a client and keep that information limited to our agency whenever needed. That level of privacy is a big plus for us.
Cons
At one point, there were a few reports we weren't able to pull but that has since been resolved. Other than that, I honestly can't think of any real downside. Thanks for building such a helpful software!

Using the software feels very simple and it puts all kinds of information right at your fingertips. The Charity Tracker team has also been incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. Whenever I've had questions, they've responded almost immediately and I really appreciate that level of support.
Cons
The biggest challenge with the software is getting people to sign up. It often feels like the program doesn't include all the information that's needed. If more people were contributing the help they provide in the community, it would make the whole process much easier.

Everything is laid out clearly on the screen so the tabs you need are right there and the information is simple to locate. Common details are all in one place which means there's no need to dig through different sections just to find what you need.
Cons
At times, the information in the system is not fully up to date though that seems more related to the agency than the software itself. As far as using the software goes, I really do not have any issues with it. It is fast, practical and works well.

Access to information shared by other churches has been really useful. It helps us coordinate needs and assistance better and it also makes it easier to identify people who may be scamming the community.
Cons
One thing that could work better is family alerts. When I add an alert for one family member, it does not automatically appear for the others so I usually have to copy the same alert to each person in the family to make sure it is not overlooked when I search for someone.

One of the biggest strengths is how far the reporting goes and how completely customizable it is, whether you're setting things up for a single user or for an entire group. The system is also very versatile so it works well for both team use and individual use depending on what you need.
Cons
Because the software is so extensive, there is definitely a learning curve especially when it comes to reports. Anything outside the main section can also feel less user-friendly than it should be.
