“Great for data and funding management
Pros
It is great for managing our data and client information. Charity Tracker also helps us track how much funding we spend and where it comes from.
Cons
The server tends to run a bit slow whenever we are entering new client information.

“Incredibly useful for grant writing
Pros
Having accurate demographic information for our clients is incredibly useful especially for grant writing. I also love how Charity Tracker adapts to what we need. The automatic prompt for a release of information when we open a new case is also a great feature. Plus customer support is always quick and responsive. And though we do not use the networking part much but it seems really beneficial. For us it is a fantastic tool to track our internal work with our own community.
Cons
My least favorite thing is how complicated it is to add assistance for a large group. Our clients attend workshops together and every other week I have to add each person to the workshop one at a time, which gets frustrating.

“Easy to use and incredibly user friendly
Pros
I love how easy it is to use and the ability to create our own custom elements. Overall it is incredibly user-friendly and the customer service is also always very prompt.
Cons
We have not had any issues at all. Our experience has been the best and I'd highly recommend it. Overall it's been a long time since I have used a product with zero complaints.

Pros
Having a centralized database makes reporting so much simpler and gives us room to grow and it is exciting to know there are so many features we have not even tried yet.
Cons
There is nothing about it that I particularly dislike, it handles everything we need it to do.

It is easy to access and edit information. I also really like that I can add my own categories and item lines to track the assistance we provide, whether it's financial help or our services.
Cons
The per-user cost is a challenge for us. We are a small agency with a tight budget, so we have had to limit how many staff members can access and document in CharityTracker.

Pros
CharityTracker is a good tool as it allows us to check with other agencies to see what assistance has already been provided. Also the platform is pretty easy to navigate.
Cons
My issue is not with the tool itself but with other agencies that do not keep their information updated in the system.

Pros
It is very user friendly and easy to find your way around. Even staff who are not very tech-savvy can use it with ease. I am especially impressed with how efficiently it tracks client visits and services. Plus the database makes reporting simple and its expandability means there are exciting features we have not even started using yet.
Cons
One and only feature I wish it had was a company-wide monthly spending total displayed right on the main dashboard.

It is fine for what it is but it is not the best tool I've used. I personally prefer Salesforce but this one gets the job done.

CharityTracker software is simple to learn. As someone who enjoys taking on PRN jobs, it is a big advantage to have a program I can quickly dive into and understand. Cons
The user interface of CharityTracker is not very easy. Also I find the software can be difficult to navigate and some features might require additional training to fully use. Additionally, the mobile app is not as robust as the web application.
