“The workflow is so smooth

“Essential workflows for every case
Pros
It is tough to pick just one feature but I'd have to go with the Workflows, they let us automate our standard processes for every case which is essential for keeping everything on schedule in our fast-paced environment.
Cons
For the calendar, you can copy events but it would be a huge help if we could set them to automatically repeat on a schedule.

“Saves and sends emails directly
Pros
My favorite part is how Cloudlex lets you save emails directly within the platform and also send new ones from there including attaching documents. This makes it simple to keep a perfect record of all our work and my staff loves this feature. Plus having a dedicated account rep for training and questions is a huge bonus. So I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
The programs color scheme of dark blue and grey is a bit dull for my taste but that's a very minor complaint.

“A game changer for document storage
Pros
Having every document stored in a single location is a game-changer. Also customer service responds quickly, the system is easy to view and navigate and the custom reports are the best for our admin team to make sure every case is progressing as it should.
Cons
Moving all our data over took a little longer than we thought it would but the final result was definitely worth the wait

We've been using CloudLex for several years now, and honestly, we couldn't function without it. Since we manage a high-volume practice, keeping our clients in the loop and ensuring their cases progress smoothly is crucial. CloudLex enables us to maintain excellent communication with clients, track deadlines effectively, and have everything we need for each file in one place. What I appreciate most is how simple the platform is. Our team doesn't waste time trying to figure out settings or customizations, it's flexible and lets them focus on their work. The support we receive from CloudLex has been exceptional. Anytime we need assistance, whether through email or phone, the help is readily available. That's a rarity nowadays, so we're really grateful for CloudLex!

My experience with CloudLex's client experience managers has been nothing but positive. Whenever I've needed to understand or learn new applications, they've been incredibly helpful. They're always quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to understand our specific needs before suggesting solutions.
Cons
As a CPA, I was initially intrigued by Cloudlex's potential integration with our financial software. The goal was to avoid duplicating case expenses in both QuickBooks and Cloudlex. However, I found it somewhat challenging to achieve this efficiently due to the specific expense approval processes we have. I plan to revisit the app as our company expands to see if there's a way to align it with our needs.

I'm a big fan of the texting feature, it makes reaching out to clients extremely convenient. The mobile app is another great aspect since it allows me to access files and communicate with clients easily when I'm on the go.
Cons
Some of the required fields were overly complex, and a significant amount of data had to be manually entered when much of the information could have been pre-populated from previous sections.

Pros
What made CloudLex stand out for me is that it's the only case management solution tailored for smaller personal injury firms, while still offering the features you'd expect from larger platforms. I also appreciate their personalized customer service. They have a huge library of online tutorials, plus the option for one-on-one assistance, which I find incredibly useful. Their app is also a tool I use regularly.
Cons
My main problems tend to arise with compatibility issues related to Mac-specific programs like iCal.

“Opting for CloudLex was a great decision!
Pros
I love how well this product handles case management. Overall, the system is incredibly easy to use, even though the amount of data you can input can feel overwhelming. The reporting capabilities are outstanding, and once you understand Tasks and Events, they become real time savers. I think the system as a whole is fantastic, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my team feels about it after using it for a year. The customer service is excellent.
Cons
Transitioning to a new system was quite a hurdle for our firm. We have staff members who've been with us for over a decade and others who are relatively new. Naturally, switching systems posed a challenge for everyone, as we've all been used to doing things a certain way for years. Migrating our current cases was particularly difficult due to the volume of files we had in our old system. The Cloudlex team did their best, but unfortunately, not all of our cases were transferred by our go-live date. I feel like my communication with the Cloudlex rep on the migration side was a bit lacking. If we had more interactions, I believe we could have addressed these migration issues before the go-live, making the transition smoother for both my team and myself as the project lead.

“Transition was smooth
Pros
The product is extremely simple to use. Transitioning from our old case management system was smooth and it was done outside business hours, so we didn't experience any interruptions.
Cons
Reporting parameters have much room for improvements also the Cloudlex support team is always available to assist and generate specific reports when requested. From what I understand, Cloudlex is already working on improving the reporting features.

The document management features are excellent. The reports that are specifically designed to personal injury metrics are incredibly helpful. I would love to see more custom fields developed, though!
Cons
It's not that there's anything we dislike, but we are waiting for something, specifically, Clean Calendar Rules integration with personal Outlook calendar sync, hopefully by 2022!
