“fast, user friendly case linking”
Pros
Using CloudLex is very easy. The layout is self-explanatory which helps me work as efficiently as possible. Being able to upload documents and connect them to companion cases is a huge plus and it outperforms Lex PI by a long shot.
Cons
There are times when it lags a bit. I'd also like the option to link insurance details and all involved parties to companion cases.

“real-time case tracking win”
Pros
Having everything in one system has really tightened up our workflow and made client management much more manageable. CloudLex does an excellent job of bringing communication, document storage and task management together in one place. The real-time updates keep everyone on the same page and being able to quickly check what stage each case is in has saved me hours that used to go toward follow-up emails and constant back-and-forth.
Cons
I wish the notes section had a way to pin important notes or at least organize them into categories. Also on an iPad, you have to use it through a browser because there's no dedicated app which makes it less convenient than it should be.

Pros
What stood out to me was how user-friendly it was, along with its strong organizational tools. Getting up to speed on it was really easy for the most part.
Cons
Several things make me dissatisfied with this product. Overall it feels like our client manager was not providing good value for the money we spent.
