“perfectly tailored for personal injury law
Pros
It is so easy to use and is perfectly designed for personal injury law. Plus the whole process from a client's first call to finalizing a settlement, is smooth and makes perfect sense.
Cons
Well the phone app has room for improvement but the main desktop platform works fantastically. We are sure they will keep making it even better with future updates.

“Makes my daily routine much simpler!!
Pros
My daily routine as a legal assistant has become so much simpler with CloudLex. Juggling countless cases, records, documents and deadlines every week is now effortless to handle. Also the platform is pretty simple and user-friendly which I absolutely adore. My favorite part is how it brings communication, file storage and task lists together in a single, seamless space. I have stopped wasting time switching between different apps to find information as it is all right there, well-organized and ready whenever I need it. Collaborating with my team is also far more efficient now. We are all on the same page with live updates and I can check a cases status in an instant, saving me from sending endless emails. Overall it has genuinely made my work quicker, simpler and far more structured.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing about it that bothers me. As I said before, the software is just so simple and easy to get along with.

For any personal injury practice that needs a specialized management system, CloudLex is a powerful choice. They are constantly developing new features and offer the best training on every part of the platform. In short it truly acts as a complete, all-in-one document hub for our firm.
Cons
My experience has been completely problem-free, with nothing to complain about. The price might be a bit high for a solo practice but it is a worthwhile investment for any firm that's expanding and needs a powerful system to support that growth.

“Incredibly simple with fast support
Pros
The software is incredibly simple to use. Plus they are always rolling out new updates and tools to help us work smarter and their support team responds super fast. I have even suggested a few ideas for new features and I have seen some of them added to the platform.
Cons
Right now I am really happy with it. I have a good feeling that they will keep innovating and adding more useful features over time.

I really like how simple the platform is to navigate. Keeping all the documents in order is also not an issue and I find all the various tools very manageable.
Cons
One of my main issue is the inability to connect certain details like insurance information between related cases.

Organizing all our client information is simple with this system. Reaching out to clients is easy too and setting up reminders for critical dates and meetings is no trouble at all.
Cons
It occasionally has minor hiccups and might freeze up for a moment but it always starts working again after just a second or two.

“Simple to operate for our firm
Pros
We love the different tools available and how they keep track of all our data. The system is very simple to operate and helps our entire firm manage all our clients and cases effectively. A big thank you to our account manager for always being so responsive.
Cons
There is very little to complain about. We sometimes notice a short lag when data is syncing but support was incredibly helpful when we reached out to them about it.

This platform is user friendly, easy to use and built specifically for personal injury law. The support team is great too as they always respond quickly and are happy to guide us through any problem or new update. The client reminder feature has been especially great for tracking their appointments.
Cons
The template builder could be improved with a few adjustments but the team is always quick to fix any problems we run into.

Pros
Their customer service team is amazingly responsive, they are both extremely helpful and know the product inside and out. Plus they provide very quick solutions and are always ready to hop on a Zoom call to walk us through a process or fix an issue.
Cons
According to me the task feature needs an update to display the assigned persons name or initials right next to the priority label like P1 on the left side. As this would save us from clicking into every single task to see who is responsible. Also we should be able to choose which folder an attached file goes into when we add it to a note, task or calendar event.

Pros
Thanks to my account manager and the fact that the software is so user friendly, it takes very little time to train new staff members.
Cons
The integrated APIs are a bit limited but our representative assured us that this is something the development team is actively working on.

It is also a great value, offering high quality without the high cost you see with other software. Exporting any data or files is a quick and simple process which really helps us stay productive. Also it is a dependable, efficient and modern solution for any firm that needs a full-featured case management system.
Cons
I noticed that the Dropbox integration sometimes results in duplicate files being made. But you can easily avoid this issue by double-checking that the matter name is accurate from the start, so it does not need to be changed later.

“Convenient but needs tool upgrades
Pros
Getting into the program is really convenient and the support team is great at addressing our tickets. I also find it helpful that we can copy or move documents between different cases.
Cons
Many tools like the PDF editor, texting, LexSign, QuickBooks link and E-Fax, need upgrades or do not exist yet. Also it is frustrating having to enter the same details across different tabs instead of having them consolidated. The process of downloading a file just to re-upload it wastes a lot of time and we'd love the option to create and customize our own templates.

“POWERFUL TOOLS!
Pros
It is pretty simple to use but still has all the powerful tools a full-service personal injury firm needs. Moreover it is excellent for creating templates, texting clients, tracking critical deadlines and making our entire office run more smoothly.
Cons
My review is on hold until the A.I. features are added. Other than that the product is fantastic with no real issues. The status and sub-state options felt a bit excessive but it is great that you can now hide the ones you do not need.

The interface is simple and easy to navigate. I also like that they are constantly updating the software to help us work more efficiently.
Cons
One improvement on my wishlist is for the platform to let me view very large files directly in the browser instead of forcing me to download them first.

My favorite thing is how user-friendly CloudLex is as anyone who can use a smartphone app can pick it up quickly and since it is cloud-based, I can get to my files from any device at any time which makes my job so much more flexible.
Cons
The biggest frustrations were the inadequate training and unhelpful support, which made it difficult to learn the software and fit it into our daily routine. Also using an iPad is a hassle because you have to use a browser with no dedicated app. The notes section is also too basic as you cannot recover deleted notes or sort them properly and having to download documents to edit them is a major downside.

“Amazing and responsive customer service
Pros
The customer service is amazing. They get back to us right away and have always been able to answer our questions. They also really listen to our suggestions for how to tailor the software to our firms needs.
Cons
Since we handle some legal work outside of Personal Injury, we have had to build our own categories and methods for entering that data. It does the job though because it keeps every single one of our cases together in one system.

Pros
Their representative was excellent with our entire team and gave a very detailed explanation of the platform. I also like being able to upload and access documents easily and I love that it links with our email and Word.
Cons
I am still getting the hang of where to find the financial figures for a case like the total medical bills or other costs, in a simple and easy-to-read format.

A feature I feel is missing from the notes section is the ability to pin important ones to the top or at least sort them into different folders or categories.
