The signing procedure is pretty easy. I also like that the final page provides a clear record of who signed and when they did it.

Cons

Well the final summary page is added automatically but I think it should be a separate file or at least an optional feature.

“excellent for templates and audit trails

Pros

Creating reusable templates for my specific needs was a simple process the first time and has made my workflow so much more efficient. Plus having a complete audit trail of every view and signature after a document is finalized is the best and really strengthens its legal validity, in my view.

Cons

My only real issue was that if I made a mistake after setting up a document, I had to delete the entire thing and start over. Also there was no way to resend a document if the email bounced so I had to create a completely new one.

It is far more user-friendly than any of the other services I have tried from competitors.

to be honest it is difficult to pick a worst part. I suppose the main thing is that it did not show up as the top result when I was searching for e-signature software.

The pricing is great value and is not outrageous like the big names charge and I must say it performs its job perfectly without any fuss so you could easily call it SimplySignWell.

I dont have any issues at the moment but I'd say a mobile app would be a useful future addition.

It is so much simpler than the overly complex alternatives. The freemium model is excellent, with a genuinely useful free plan for light users that makes it the obvious choice for everyone.

What I love most is how incredibly simple it is to operate. You just upload your file, drop the signature boxes where you need them and send it on its way. I mean there are no confusing menus or complicated steps to figure out.

The two biggest wins for me are the affordable price and how easy the app is to use. Overall it is a simple tool that gets the job done effectively.

When more than two people need to sign, there is no way to see directly on the document who has signed and who has not. The only way to check the status is through the email notifications.

everything works well but id prefer an option where i can send signing link for free and I'd like to add CC recipients earlier in the process.

Pros

It sends me email alerts and automatically delivers all the finalized documents back to me. Another plus is that nobody needs to install any special software to use it.

I feel like it would be a major help if I could edit a document or build one from scratch right inside the software including modifying a template, this would save me the step of using Adobe to prepare my files before uploading them.

My first impression of it is that the platform is very simple and easy to figure out.

Not a complaint as I just need to get better at resizing the text fields so they look more uniform.
