“Simple to operate tool

The software is simple to operate and the interface is incredibly user friendly.

Cons

I have tested a lot of different products but this one is now my favorite. So I do not have any issues with it.

SignWell pay-per-contract model is perfect for my startup. Other services charge a high monthly fee that never made financial sense for me until I found this.

The user experience is incredibly smooth. Plus it feels so much more basic and professional than any other option as it feels to me it clearly designed with the user's needs as the top priority.

this tool proved to be very efficient after I corrected one initial error, setting up and sending documents for signature was a simple process.

on my first try, I sent a contract without setting the right action and it was marked as completed right away, using one of my monthly allowances. I could not get that count back which was a bit of a rough start.

It is wonderful to be able to sign documents digitally without the hassle of printing anything out.

The cost is my main issue for me. I mean I really dislike having to pay anything just to sign some papers.

It works flawlessly for both me and the other person signing. I also really like that you can customize the notifications and that all your past signed documents are easy to find.

Getting started was simple and it has definitely made our contract signing process much smoother for most of our clients.

The way the signature appears on the document could be improved as for now it looks a little outdated compared to other software.

The whole process is incredibly fast as it only takes me about a minute to upload, sign and download a finalized document.

One thing I noticed is that the space you get to draw your signature is quite small which makes it feel a bit restrictive if you have a longer, more detailed signature.

My tenant was traveling without a printer but we needed to sign a lease. Signwell allowed us to complete it digitally and I was able to create and send the document much quicker than I had anticipated.

I would like a clearer visual cue showing which specific person needs to sign or initial each field. I also found that text I entered in a field appeared slightly higher on the page than I anticipated.

The user interface and experience are the best which makes the platform incredibly easy to use. I uploaded a file and tried it out almost immediately.

There is absolutely nothing I disliked as the platform delivers a fantastic user experience from start to finish.

Navigating the platform is simple, uploading and sending files is easy and I really like the pre-made contract templates that are available.

If I had to suggest one enhancement, it would be more choices for customizing branding like a wider selection of fonts or colors. That said it has not gotten in the way of how easy it is to use.
