“love its simplicity

Pros

The best part to me is its simplicity. The interface is also so simple that anyone can figure it out, regardless of their tech skills. Plus using drag and drop to add signature spots, dates and other fields makes the whole thing very simple.

Cons

My experience has been great and I dont have any negative feedback to offer right now.

“Pretty simple to navigate without guides

It is pretty simple to navigate and I managed to figure it out without any guides and they do have helpful videos just in case. Plus getting three free signature requests per month is perfect for someone like me who does not need it all the time.

Cons

There is a cap on free signature requests each month but the good thing is that you always have the option to pay for an unlimited plan if your needs grow.

This service is very direct and easy to understand unlike other platforms I have tried that were much more complicated to use.

It is incredibly easy to use. I also like that the free tier lets me use my own template and when I needed more volume, the paid subscription was reasonably priced. Overall it feels more streamlined and less cluttered than my previous service, Adobe Sign.

this tool is just as simple to operate as the well-known DocuSign and it also comes with a solid free plan thats really useful.

The best part is how user friendly and simple it is to operate. Also it is perfect value for a small business or freelancer who does not need a huge corporate system. I really wish I had discovered it earlier.

My experience has been positive overall. The only small issue was that after deleting a draft on the free plan, I had to refresh the page a couple of times for it to recognize I was under my document limit again.

the interface is clean and very simple to navigate. Our developer also mentioned that the API documentation is exceptionally clear and simple which makes it a pleasure to integrate. Plus the sales and support staff have been responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with.

For our company in Europe, the one small drawback is that all payments are in US dollars. It is not a major problem but it is always easier for our financial planning to have costs in our local currency.

Everything works well but I feel like creating a dedicated mobile app would be a fantastic addition.
