Pros
Compared to the other 'big name' provider it is a home run in my experience. It avoids unnecessary bloat while still offering the essential features my business relies on. I'm finding it simple, easy to set up and easy for signers to complete signatures.
Cons
For our team the routing features are quite basic and they handle the essentials. That said, we would welcome more advanced options like timers, delays, automated follow-ups and similar controls. This isn't a deal breaker for us, just a feature request.

I really liked that it's more affordable than DocuSign and noticeably easier to navigate and I also feel it offers extra features since I can see when people have viewed documents.
Cons
The sign-up process felt a little long-winded but I really liked everything else about it and I've already recommended it to a few friends too.

“clean interface and time-saving templates
Pros
The interface is clean and very simple, it made putting together and sending my lease agreement feel quick and effortless. I found the free tier to be excellent value since it already covers everything I need, there's no reason to pay when I only sign documents occasionally. Templates are a real time-saver: I saved my lease as a template so future tenant agreements basically take two clicks to prepare. Document management works reliably too, I could see exactly when recipients signed and every signed copy was properly saved and archived. The whole signing process is smooth for both me and my tenants, eliminating printing, scanning, or any other hassle.
Cons
I really wish I'd discovered this tool earlier in my rental workflow, it would have saved me a lot of time on past contracts. One feature I'd like is a dedicated mobile app for true on-the-go convenience, at the moment I use the browser on my phone which works fine but feels a bit clunkier and less convenient than a native app would be.

Using this tool has been easy for me. I really appreciate the template feature and it's a relief to have a free tier when you don't have heavy usage and mainly depend on it for convenience. The interface feels cleaner and less complicated than many high-end solutions which I find refreshing.
Cons
haven't come across any real drawbacks yet. Since my requirements are pretty basic, the app performs exactly as I need it to. I also like that it isn't stuffed with features I won't use, so it stays lightweight and uncluttered.

I really enjoy using this tool! Signing documents is easy whether I upload a saved signature, draw one by hand, or just type it in. I can easily handle sending documents to others, the membership cost is very budget-friendly and the whole workflow feels simple and simple. If you're spending money on signing services or need something fast for signatures, I'd absolutely suggest checking this tool out. They also offer several different pricing plans to suit various needs.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much I dislike about the app, the only small problem is that it took me a while to discover this tool since the market is dominated by the larger companies.

Using this was quick and incredibly easy to navigate, I sent a document to a client and we both had it available to sign within seconds.
Cons
I'd love an option to move signed documents from one account to another within the app, something similar to the transfer features Google Drive offers so managing files between accounts is easier.

I signed up for their free plan, it was easy to get started and handled exactly what I needed. No problems moving away from better-known rivals, the people who had to sign were comfortable signing and didn't raise any questions.
Cons
There haven't been any problems with the service, it's fulfilled every requirement I've had. At first I was a bit worried about switching away from the industry standard because of brand recognition but those worries proved unnecessary.

This tool is ridiculously easy to use and I can't emphasize enough how much that matters. What I needed most was a dependable method for simply signing documents electronically and this platform delivered perfectly without any fuss. The layout feels natural and given how capable and speedy it is, the accessibility and bang-for-your-buck are really excellent.
Cons
If I were to point out something that could be improved, having clearer, easier-to-find documentation or explicit reassurance about data privacy and confidentiality would help. I do trust the platform, yet more prominent explanations of its security measures would give me additional peace of mind when I'm uploading very sensitive files during high-risk situations.

“simplest and most convenient tool
Pros
I've tried several electronic signature services and it has been by far the simplest and most convenient. It's easy to navigate and helps me keep all my documents organized together in a single location.
Cons
One feature I'd love to see added to this tool is Google Drive integration, so I could import draft files from Drive into Signwell and then export the completed, signed documents back to my Drive.

Personally I feel this offers excellent value for money, is incredibly easy to use and very easy to work with, so I would definitely recommend it as the best product I have seen.
Cons
Although it's not approved by iA Financial I find it works well with other providers and is very easy to use, so in my experience it's still a good option.

Cons
I noticed that the search function does not let you look up a signer by their last name and the email alerts do not include their name either. This makes it tough to manage a large volume of contracts as you cannot easily track who has signed or locate finished documents.

Cons

For operating a cleaning business, I rely on this for service agreements and employee offer letters. The experience has been flawless. The free version is great, though I will likely upgrade since I am reaching its usage limit. Moreover saving my frequently used service agreement as a template has been a huge time-saver too.
Cons
It would be awesome if they could add color-coding to distinguish between different signers. Also a few more field options would be great too like having separate boxes for first and last names instead of just a general text field.
