It is very practical and user-friendly, offering a great variety of e-signature options perfect for any document. The extra features are also very helpful for both personal and business use.

From my perspective, there is absolutely nothing wrong. I am not the most technical person but it seems you'd have a hard time finding any flaws with this service.

The simplicity is the best and attracts me the most. Plus other apps charge twice as much for identical features but this platform is much easier to navigate. Guiding people through the signing process is also not an issue, even for those who are not tech-savvy.

Cons

My only suggestion would be to create a mobile app. Having one would make contacting support more convenient and let a busy business owner like me handle everything directly from a phone.

SignWell interface is smooth and very user friendly. Setup is also quick and the unlimited free document sending was a key factor for my solo business. I also find it simple to edit my PDF templates and having all my leases stored in one organized location is a major plus.

So far I have not run into a single downside. As a new landlord, it's been the ideal solution for me, free from the complicated steps and frustrating fees you find on other sites.

I like the fact how simple and user-friendly it is. I can prepare a document for signing in under a minute with the clean interface. Also it is perfect for sending contracts to clients and tracking when they are opened or signed. The mobile functionality is also excellent for working on the go.

If I could ask for one improvement, it would be more customization for branding in the free version like being able to change the email templates. That said the features it currently has cover most situations just fine.
