For me, the AI doesn't reliably pinpoint where fields belong in a document so I often have to place them manually. Also, there aren't detailed analytics broken down per document which I wish were available.

My clients also find signing documents effortless and what I really appreciate is that basic accounts include three free signatures, that's ideal for people who only need the service occasionally or on a time to time basis, saving money and issue when I don't require it constantly.

Overall, there's very little I dislike about this tool but if I had to pick something I would prefer the option to edit an email address within an existing document instead of having to create an entirely new document each time.

What I appreciate most about this tool is how simple and user-friendly the interface feels. From the very first time I used it, the layout and navigation were easy which noticeably cut down the time I usually spend handling document signatures. The automation tools are excellent, I can build workflows that make certain documents get signed, tracked and stored without extra effort. Because it integrates with the other tools our team relies on, our day-to-day operations have become much more aligned.

Cons

There's very little I dislike about this tool but if I must call out one area for improvement it would be the customization of email notifications. They're perfectly functional, yet having greater control over design elements and formatting, such as custom layouts, fonts and branding options, would make the whole experience feel more polished. More flexible notification templates would help me tailor messages better to clients and improve how communications look and read.
