At the moment I don't have any complaints about the product. I've only tested it with a single document so far. When we needed to update the originally signed file, the revision process went smoothly as well.

For my business, the fact that it only supports english is a downside, I find it becomes a real obstacle when working with teams or clients in multilingual regions, especially across parts of Asia.

For me, there aren't any downsides, it's affordable, delivers great performance for the price and gives the best quality I've seen for what you pay.
