What I liked most was how easy the interface felt, my clients didn't find it complicated at all.

“professional and effortless signing

When I needed a easy way to collect signatures online for releases for my podcast guests, I tried out a few different services before I found this tool. I'm really glad I did. The interface is incredibly clean and simple, the whole workflow feels effortless and best of all it helps me present myself as highly professional and capable which I truly value. Documents are simple to sign, organize and store. I wholeheartedly give this product two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Cons

The only drawback I've noticed is how the free plan's document allowance is handled. Although it advertises up to three documents per month, the counter doesn't reset with the calendar month, instead I have to wait a full 30 days after using them before I can access the next free allotment, even if a new month has started. It's still free so I understand and accept those boundaries.

Pros

Setting it up took almost no time and I found the interface extremely simple so I was able to start using the software right away with great results.

Cons

I haven't found any issues with this tool so far and there's nothing I can honestly complain about at this point.

Pros

When I needed a fast way to get a signature from someone who only had their phone and was out in a remote spot, this solution fit the bill perfectly for what I needed. The short learning curve made it incredibly easy to accommodate that person's request without any issue.

I've only used it once so far so I don't really have enough experience yet to judge it properly.

Great tool..... I've found it really easy to collect electronic signatures from my clients.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about it, it's been a big help for my business.

I like that it supports API integration, includes embedded signing and has clear, helpful documentation.

That said, I can't find any way to have my documents signed automatically or to trigger signing through the API.

What I appreciated most was how easy it was to produce a PDF that's ready for signatures.

None at all, it satisfies every one of my needs completely and without any issues.

We were up and running with templates in no time, configuring them was unbelievably simple. Our main use was to gather signatures and have clients complete a brief form. The setup and rollout were fast so we could send documents whenever necessary. I'm also really pleased there's a free tier available!

Cons

The free plan only allows three signatures per month, seriously, I found that limit pretty restrictive and a bit laughable when we had multiple sign-offs needed.

“feasible UI for first-time users

Pros

As a first-time user like me, the UI/UX felt very simple. I didn't have spare time for tutorials or guides, yet I could get a signature started without any issue. I also appreciated how the app flagged things that weren't set up correctly before sending, for example prompting to assign a signature field for the intended signer.

Cons

I found it didn't reliably detect which account was logged in so the signing field defaulted to the other party instead of me. I had to manually switch the field to my name after I accidentally signed in the wrong spot which was annoying.

“Simple interface for basic documents

It was easy and simple to use, with fewer buttons and everything that was available covered exactly what I needed for simple documents which I really appreciated.

Cons

Some parts of the onboarding felt a little bumpy and I would have liked clearer cues about where to click next, I also thought the section labels could use different names so the layout made more sense and felt clearer.
