This tool was incredibly easy to work with! I managed to send and complete execution of a contract with a client on the very same day.

When I first tried this tool it was because their generous free plan caught my eye and as I used it I found the interface to be very simple and aligned while costing me much less overall.

I do wish the app would auto-place signatures, it's not automatic right now, whereas services like DocuSign and PandaDoc will drop in signature, date and other fields into a PDF with a single click. The mobile experience could also be better, it's far from awful but not outstanding. Overall I still think it's great software, just with those couple of minor annoyances.

As a paralegal at my office, the free plan from this tool has genuinely been a lifesaver. Our usual workflow has clients print, sign, scan, then email documents but every once in a while someone absolutely must sign electronically. When deadlines are tight, a digital signature can be the difference between meeting a cutoff or missing it. Clients are often traveling, don't have access to a printer, or can't reach a computer and for those odd situations the free tier has made handling signatures so simple and reliable. I really appreciate having it available.

Honestly I have zero complaints. The app meets my needs completely and I'm actually thinking about paying to upgrade because it's been so useful. I tried DocuSign before but I worry about their data security and they bombard me with far too many emails. Compared to that, this tool has been a much smoother, less intrusive experience overall and it ticks every box I need for reliable e-signatures.

I appreciate the free trial and setting it up was really easy. The audit trail is clearly organized and simple to navigate and the 'Opened by' indicator is especially handy for confirming that people have genuinely opened the document.

I'm not crazy about the UI it feels a bit clunky and I think the sign-up flow could be a touch smoother and more polished.

Recently I received an email from this service saying that if I posted a review they would give me a free year of their basic paid plan. As someone running a tiny business on a very tight budget, that offer is incredibly appealing and I intend to accept it. Still, I don't love the idea of what looks like incentivized reviews in general. It feels a bit hypocritical, pot calling the kettle black since I'm agreeing to write the review myself.

I find this app makes capturing e-signatures easy. It's very simple and simple to navigate which helped me since I hadn't used similar solutions before now.

My take: the template feature is useful but could use improvements for creating new templates.

This is fantastic. My customers are out of state but they were able to sign the contract remotely and I know there won't be any issues.

Nothing to complain about, everything is fine sometimes I email my contracts and my customers print them, sign them and send them back. For me this works perfectly.

I haven't had an opportunity to try the mobile app yet and I think it would be much more convenient if I could complete everything directly through the app.
