I uploaded my file without any trouble, located where the signature needed to go and then used the share feature to email it to myself.

I honestly don't have any complaints, it handled what I needed it to do.

Their support and development teams are incredibly quick to respond. When I submitted a handful of feature requests, one was live within a few weeks and about a year later, when another request shipped someone from their team reached out to let me know.

Cons

They're excellent at their work and I honestly have no complaints whatsoever.

After trying several signing platforms, I ended up choosing this tool because the free plan provides exactly the set of features I want as someone who only needs to sign a few contracts each year.

Within a few seconds I realized this would become my go-to solution. The interface is incredibly clear and simple so I had my first document created and sent to a client for signing before I knew it. Since then I've returned to it repeatedly and uncovered a host of extra capabilities that really set it apart from other options. I'm continually surprised by how many helpful features are tucked away that improve my workflow.

Sending a document for an electronic signature was surprisingly simple and I appreciated how easy the process felt. Since I'm used to DocuSign I was initially anxious it wouldn't measure up but in practice it behaved almost exactly the same way and met my expectations.
