“Simple document signing
Pros
great tool.... I found the product really easy to use, I could upload my documents, place initials and signatures where needed, then send them by email to the people who had to sign and get the documents returned to us, completely convenient and issue-free. Thanks
Cons
it was excellent overall, I really can't think of anything that needs changing at all.

“Simplified contract sending
Pros
For me, it made it really easy to take my producer agreement and send it off to clients for their signatures. I found that it simplified the whole workflow for them which is a major plus, less time wrestling with contracts and more time devoted to creating music!
Cons
I wasn't able to resize the initial fields, they showed up a bit too large on the PDF I uploaded. It's possible I just missed the option to change their size but as it stood I had to work around them rather than adjust the form fields directly which was a minor annoyance.

“Template import challenges
Pros
For simple signing tasks, I find this really easy to use, as long as all I want is to add a signature.
Cons
I struggled with importing templates, it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped and I need a clear way to migrate my templates and workflow from DocuSign.

“limited advanced controls
Pros
I've found it pretty easy to navigate and giving me three documents a month on the free tier lets me test its fit before committing.
Cons
Personally, I've noticed that there's no way to enforce a signing order and the variety of field options feels noticeably more limited than what I've seen on other platforms.

“automated waiver workflows
Pros
As someone handling clients who own short-term rental properties, I needed a way for every guest to sign liability waivers. Because most of our properties are near a river, that was important. I tried the free trial to send the first waiver and it worked smoothly but I wanted the whole workflow to run automatically. After upgrading, I was able to build a linked template for each guest so they can sign and date using their own details. I really appreciate that, it has made my work significantly easier!
Cons
I can't view the signer's name unless I actually click through to the document. It would be great if that information showed up in the subject line so I could identify who signed without extra steps.

“perfect free trial
Pros
I'm really impressed with this tool because they let me try it for free. The trial gives me the chance to sign documents without restrictions which I love, it's my favorite part and it can be especially useful for aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was it not providing a full, final signature option. I noticed the feature didn't let me complete a proper signature and because of that I worry documents could end up looking less professional or not truly finalized when they need to be.

“Reliable with unlimited documents
Pros
It's a reliable, well-built program priced reasonably. I like not having to keep track of how many times I run it so their unlimited documents feature really helps.

it was easy to use and I didn't notice any drop in performance or efficiency while working with it.

“Simple multi-party document signing
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is how easy it is to use. The interface is simple to move around and that ease of navigation also makes it much less confusing for our clients. I can send documents to them electronically and they can sign right away without delay. Because I'm able to place markers showing exactly where signatures or form fields are required, I don't have to stress about people signing in the wrong spot or entering incorrect details. On top of that, I really enjoy being able to dispatch a document to several parties at once for signatures which saves a lot of back-and-forth time.
Cons
My main problem is the cost. I had initially signed up for the free tier but that plan restricts me to only a handful of documents per week or month which quickly becomes inconvenient. I get that it's 2024 and most services charge now but the membership fee feels steep to me. If the paid plan were more affordable, I would have upgraded long ago because the limits on the free version keep me from using it as much as I'd like.
