“easy to use with free tier

Honestly I find it really easy to use and I appreciated that there's a free tier which let me try it for a decent stretch before I had to decide whether upgrading was worth it for me.

Cons

honestly I haven't run into any problems but that's probably because I've only used the basic features and haven't explored the more advanced tools yet.

It's really easy to use, I was able to send a client a document quickly and easily to obtain his signature.

Signatures basically looks like an italic font to me but despite that it still works fine.

When I was just getting started, I only had to sign one or two documents each month. this platform was the only option that let me do that without charging a monthly fee. Because of that I was able to present myself professionally to clients without paying for a plan I didn't require. Often the simplest solution really is the right one.

I find that it doesn't offer a mobile app which makes it seem less advanced compared to rival services.

I'm a fan of how simple it is, it's essentially foolproof, you tap, sign and download. They don't complicate things with required pre-registrations or anything like that.

When I needed a free trial so I could send my initial contracts to clients, this platform made the whole process super easy and simple. Within minutes I uploaded and dispatched my very first contract, the client navigated it without any trouble and completed it on their side and now I'm working with a new client because of it. That's a definite win-win for me!

So far I haven't run into any real downsides. Truthfully the only minor issue was my own hesitation because the brand was unfamiliar to me at first which made me cautious about trying it but I'm really glad I gave it a shot.

After testing several digital signature tools, we chose this tool because I felt it was the most simple, I wanted something professional that aligned the signing process and it delivered. I also really value the dashboard that clearly shows sent, pending and completed contracts which has simplified tracking and follow-ups for my business.

Cons

We would have preferred the ability to apply Custom Branding without upgrading to the Business Plan because we don't need all the extras that come with the top tier, yet having our own branding would make our workflow look more polished. That said, it's something we're thinking about and we may upgrade to the higher plan in the near future once it makes financial sense for us.
