“Lower-cost alternative to big providers
Pros
Our company relied on another well-known e-doc and e-signature provider for years and ended up paying far more than necessary. SignWell offers the same functionality for a much lower price.
Cons
So far I haven't found any problems with SignWell everything operates as it should. emails arrive reliably, notifications function properly and similar features all work.

I found the software very easy to use and extremely user-friendly, the demos were clear and I experienced no issues getting documents delivered for signing.
Cons

“Fast multi-signature setup
Pros
It incredibly simple to set up, upload documents, add signature blocks and mark required fields (in less than 5 minutes), I sent it out to multiple signatories with absolutely no issue. The UX is amazing.
Cons
Right now I can't think of any drawbacks as I use it more I'll probably find minor issues but for our intended purpose it perfectly matched what I was hoping to get.

“easy navigation and sending
Pros
Using it I found it very easy to navigate and it took almost no time to upload my document and get it sent out for signature.
Cons
I wish there were a free basic tier or at least a pay-per-use option, maybe something like $2 to $5 per document because I only need the service around five times a year.

Getting started with this tool felt incredibly smooth and simple and I appreciated being able to test it at no cost with no obligation. So many services these days push you into a paid plan before you even know whether they offer what you need and I felt relieved that wasn't the case here. Big props to the Signwell team for that.

Honestly it is so easy to use and I really value their template upload tool that lets me add frequently used forms and tweak them for each client. Their communication feels professional and I trust them completely when sending documents to my clients.
Cons

Pros
Needing a quick way to get my documents ready for signatures, I found this tool was exactly what I was looking for. It only took me a few minutes to register and fully configure my account so I could send my first document off for signing. It's easy and gets the job done. Having tried a few other providers before, I'm planning to stick with SignWell for the foreseeable future because the features in the standard tiers match our team's requirements perfectly.
Cons
I haven't explored all of the paid plan capabilities yet so I can't say for certain how much more they add but my expectation is that they would only improve the overall experience and strengthen the product's functionality.

I've found this tool to be incredibly easy to use and great at getting documents delivered quickly. The interface feels very simple, so navigating the signing workflow is easy. Whether I'm uploading files or placing signature fields, the platform's easy design makes the whole process smooth for both me and the people I send to. On top of that, deliveries happen without fuss, with email alerts and updates arriving promptly to keep everyone in the loop.
Cons
Although I appreciate the overall experience this tool provides, I've run into some issues. From time to time there are glitches during signing that interrupt my workflow and force me to troubleshoot. The free tier is also fairly limited, I've been constrained by caps on how many documents I can send or get signed in a given timeframe. Another frustration is that delivery depends only on email, there's no way for me to send documents straight to a phone number which is annoying when recipients prefer handling things on their mobiles.

For me this tool feels really simple and easy, my clients have no trouble reviewing documents and signing them off quickly.
Cons
Great tool but I really like almost everything about it so far but I wish it were simpler to upload and edit contract clauses directly inside the app.
