“Outstanding human support

One of the things I appreciate most about this tool (among many) is the customer support and it wasn't handled by just any support rep but by the customer support at the company. I had several questions about how things worked when I was first evaluating the product, questions that mattered for my decision and I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from the support of this tool which answered everything I needed, complete with screenshots and helpful suggestions. The speed of the response was remarkable. In an era when automated bot replies dominate, it was such a relief to be able to reach a real person who could walk me through things. As for the software itself, the interface is incredibly easy. Anyone who's used the pricier document-signing platforms will find this much easier to pick up. There are plenty of useful features and each option includes helpful tips so you can understand what each choice does. That gives me peace of mind knowing I'm using a great product that helps my business appear professional to my clients. It also boosts my confidence when I present proposals and interact with prospects, helping maintain a professional image online.

This is a fantastic product that doesn't charge too much, it handles everything I require and provides great features based on the plan I pick.

I've been unable to find or view the legal chain-of-custody validation details and while I might be missing something on my end, I wish that information were made clearer and easier to locate.

Okay so..... I'm pleased with how affordable it is and I found the setup pretty easy, plus I can hook it up to Zapier which I find really handy.

A couple of bugs did interfere with my use and caused some frustration at first but customer support stepped in and helped me get them resolved quickly.

Can't think of any real drawbacks so far. The only feature I'd personally want added is an option to schedule reminders in advance for specific dates.

Honestly the platform's design feels clunky and dated and I'm concerned my clients will view it as unprofessional compared to modern and noticeably sleeker CRM platforms like HoneyBook and Dubsado.

The freemium tier feels surprisingly full-featured and I find the app easy to navigate with a clean, attractive UI.

Cons

I ran into several limitations while using it: I couldn't make certain edits once a document was already in progress and the workflow required me to save contacts before initiating the signing routine. There also didn't seem to be a way to prefill or finalize form fields ahead of time. Admittedly some of these problems could stem from my own unfamiliarity but since I couldn't figure them out, I assume the app lacks those capabilities.

For me this tool is incredibly easy and makes collecting client signatures on NDAs, contracts and work orders really simple. The interface feels simple and my clients usually sign quickly through the tool's email prompts and interface.

Cons

I'd really appreciate having more integrations with other business tools, plus additional editing features to customize documents further.

Setup is really easy and I could quickly figure out where to add signatures and manage them.

Not sure where the document trail is or how to check the current status of people's signatures and I'd really appreciate automatic emails being sent to keep me updated on each signature's progress and overall status.

For me this tool doesn't involve any complicated setup to begin using it. I can customise virtually everything, yet it's great that I can also jump in straight away without fuss. Its simplicity makes for a user-friendly experience and I really like how easy it is to work with the basic components.

Cons

In my experience the setup steps require a fair amount of time to fine-tune and get optimised for my needs.

Pros

Having used similar services while working as a realtor, I find this tool includes all the core features needed for signing documents and feels very comparable to DocuSign based on my experience.

Cons

Haven't run into any major downsides so far but I would really appreciate a dedicated mobile app to make signing and managing documents on the go more convenient.

Having used other competing services before and faced many issues, I'm not worried about this product at all because it's performing amazingly and is incredibly easy to use.
