I've received excellent service and I'm extremely happy to be using this tool.

Cons

From my experience the follow-up process has been great, as the system consistently nudges all parties to get documents signed.

“flexible drag and drop fields

Pros

Setting it up was incredibly simple and I really like that I can drag every field into my own document, resize each one and tag who's supposed to fill them out!

Cons

I did overlook the detail that the free trial allows only three sends per month but after testing it once, I was lucky enough to still have two sends left for my actual document.

For me there really aren't any drawbacks, every feature I need is included and works well.

Pros

I get a smooth signing process thanks to its simple interface. Reminders and alerts keep me posted about signer activity and strong security measures give me confidence that my documents are safe. Sending documents to several signers is simple. Also, the pricing for this service feels surprisingly budget-friendly next to others I've seen. All in all, this is my preferred solution for fast, secure e-signatures. I highly recommend it!

Cons

Personally I don't consider the lack of an in-app document history viewer to be a major issue. In my experience the tool makes up for that absence by sending prompt updates at every stage. It tells me when someone opens my file and notifies me the moment it gets signed so I never feel out of the loop. That proactive communication actually improves transparency and largely removes any worries I might have had about not being able to see the full history inside the interface.

“fast and affordable tool

Pros

From my experience this tool was fast and easy to get up and running, particularly since it only needed a basic signature setup. I liked that there's a free tier that let me test everything out without committing or taking any risks and it even continues to allow a small number of signatures each month at no cost. The paid plan is reasonably priced and I really appreciate that, running a tiny one-person business, I don't require the complex enterprise features other vendors push, nor do I want to pay exorbitant fees for fairly simple contract review and signing.

Cons

At this stage I haven't run into any problems, I'm genuinely satisfied with how the tool performs and currently see no cause to file complaints or to switch services.

When I had to submit an electronically signed document for the second time, I found this website while searching and decided to give it a try. The interface was really easy to navigate and I appreciated that I could take it for a free trial beforehand which made the whole process stress-free.

Cons

So far I haven't come across any features or issues that bother me.

Using it is easy and gives me peace of mind when it comes to delivering consent without any fuss.

I really wish it were free haha but I understand why there's a price since it's a great product and I don't mind paying for the value.

I've found the interface really easy to use and my clients have no trouble signing contracts.

One thing I really miss is a strike-out (strike-through) feature, I feel it's essential for negotiating contracts and the DocuSign Realtor version already provides that capability.

What really caught our attention at first was how simple the interface is, setting up documents felt effortless and we could easily send them to several signers at once. We were also pleasantly surprised by how forgiving the platform is when it comes to fixing mistakes in contact details. On top of that, being able to edit documents after they've been sent is something we genuinely appreciated.

Cons

The only downside is that we wish we'd discovered this tool sooner, that's the one regret we have.

Getting it set up was really simple which mattered a lot to me. They also offered a plan that matched my needs.

I can't find anything about this solution that I dislike. Since I'm not a power user with complicated requirements, I only expect it to work reliably and not demand lots of my time to configure.

This tool is fantastic and really simple to navigate. One feature I appreciate is that it retains the signers I add so I'm not retyping their details each time. I also like that the app clearly shows which documents remain pending versus which ones are finished. Plus I get notified by email the moment a signer opens a document which helps me stay on top of things.

Cons

My biggest issue is that I can't make edits once I've sent the document which is frustrating.

For my business, this app has been incredibly valuable, letting me have contracts and agreements signed swiftly and securely with both clients and partners. It offers excellent features, is easy to use and the customer support has been outstanding.

Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike about the platform, everything functions exactly as I'd expect it to and there are no issues I've found.

Honestly I've noticed a big boost in efficiency and speed when I use this tool: it lets me handle document signing quickly and without friction. As a result, I see transactions completing much faster, turnaround times shrinking and the whole workflow in my business running more smoothly. I can sign and process paperwork in a tiny fraction of the time it used to take with old-fashioned, manual methods. On top of that, I've also appreciated the cost savings and environmental benefits: switching to this system cuts down on the need for physical paperwork, printing and postage. That saves me money directly and supports sustainability goals by reducing paper use and it also helps me align with eco-friendly corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Okay so.... I'm in NZ and we use day/month/year so the American date format threw me off, it would be great if the app let you change that.
