Getting an electronic signature was incredibly easy, I was after a fast, issue-free solution and this app accomplished exactly what I needed.

The entire process feels incredibly easy to me and very easy, with no problems so far, the only thing I'd personally love to see added is a digital timestamp showing when each party signs.

There's one thing I wish it had: a digital timestamp for when each person signs. It doesn't feel particularly polished or professional in appearance but despite that, I think it's still worthwhile.

So far this application has significantly reduced my workload and made daily tasks easier for me to manage.

I find the platform's simple interface to be one of its standout qualities. I appreciate the great set of features it provides and I'm keen to experiment with additional capabilities for future documents. Its rapid, efficient global document delivery, along with the ability to sign contracts electronically, supports our environmentally conscious workflows and makes me feel like we're helping protect the planet.

Pros

Being able to try every feature through the free trial really appealed to me and I also loved sending signing links by text. With competitive pricing and a brand I trust, it's easy for me to recommend it over DocuSign.

Cons

One thing I ran into is that the signing link wasn't included in the entry-level package. The template system needs work, when I make a template and reuse it, the fields automatically populate with the original signer's info every time. I'd also love to tweak the color scheme because when I'm working late the glaring white interface is hard on my eyes.

What stood out to me was how easy the interface feels and the free tier actually allowed me to collect the signatures I needed without paying anything.

I didn't like the missing ability to paste the same element in the exact spot across multiple pages.

Setting everything up felt incredibly simple to me and getting outside parties to sign documents was just as easy.

At the moment I haven't found any drawbacks to report since during the short time I've been using the software I haven't come across any issues.

The simple design impressed me right away, as I quickly learned how to import documents and use the tools without any guidance or formal training.

Honestly I didn't face any problems using the web app, I found it well put together, very easy to navigate and easy to use.

I really value that sending even a small volume of contracts is free, allowing my usage and costs to grow naturally over time.

Finding this tool extremely practical has made a big difference for me especially since having an on-the-go option is so important nowadays.

I really like that it's free.... that alone is a huge win ! and it's genuinely really easy to use. There was no steep learning curve or hidden complexity, it just did precisely what I needed without any fuss. It�s rare to find a tool that feels both accessible and perfectly fit for purpose right out of the gate.

Honestly there's nothing significant to complain about. I think it's a great, affordable product that's easy to use.

“Supports custom forms

It seems to let me use my own custom, pre-designed forms without any issue at all .. no reformatting, no tricky uploads. I can just bring in the forms my team is already comfortable with and have them work smoothly in the system. It saves so much time and keeps our processes feeling familiar and efficient.

I've found that so far it's meeting my expectations.

“much cheaper than competitors

Pros

Price was the number one reason I decided to go with it. We had been using HelloSign before Dropbox bought them and back then the pricing and features felt comparable to what it offered. After Dropbox took over they started positioning themselves like they were on par with DocuSign which I don't agree with and they bumped their prices beyond what our team felt comfortable paying. For our easy electronic signature needs it covers everything we require and does it consistently, all for a much lower cost while still providing functionality similar to higher-end vendors. Honestly I don't see any reason to pay more and get less value for my money.

Cons

The built-in templates aren't as feature-rich out of the box compared to some other providers but given the lower cost I'm happy to implement a few workarounds.

“Great value for simple needs

Pros

For my needs it costs just a fraction of what top eSignature platforms charge and handles everything people typically require really well. It simply works and feels simple to use. Also I find it significantly cheaper than the alternatives.

Cons

While it doesn't include every extra feature some competitors boast I personally never needed those anyway. The essentials such as multi-party signing and reusable templates are available and the integrations I rely on keep it running very efficiently.

I find SignWell to be incredibly simple and lightning-fast. From uploading a document to getting it signed the whole process flows smoothly and without delay. It�s exactly what I need when I don�t have time for complications.. just speed, clarity and done.

Cons

The one thing I like least about Sign Well is the price.
