“impressive support and design

The customer support and how simple it is to send documents impress me. The interface looks great. I've tried many digital-signature rivals before and I truly believe it outperforms them all

It really simplifies getting documents ready and sending them around for signatures and the whole process is easy. The workflow is clean and uncomplicated and the pricing tiers match what I need.

No complaints up to this point. Because my requirements are fairly basic this solution fits my small business perfectly. I haven't found any advanced scenarios that would let me judge how it handles more sophisticated or complex needs.

what I really appreciate about it is how simple it is to use, there's almost no chance of making a mistake. in all the times I've sent documents for signatures, recipients have never been puzzled about how to complete the process.

nothing really stands out as negative for me. in my experience the product is outstanding, maybe that's why I keep coming back.

Pros

I urgently needed a document signed so using this software I was able to import it and set up the signature lines very quickly and easily.

Cons

Once I entered a signature name incorrectly so I had to reload the document and start over which isn't really a software con.

“Paperless and simple tool

Pros

For me this app is really easy to use and I no longer have to sign anything on paper.

Cons

No problems have come up for me so far and the free plan let me test everything easily.

Uploading documents and placing signatures has been remarkably simple for me. I also liked being able to add extra details like dates and additional signers with email authentication making the process feel secure.

The policy limiting three documents per month caused some confusion for me.

It's by far the simplest, most user-friendly signing tool I've used and in my role, I constantly need signatures so it removes the usual headache and makes everything much easier.

Setting up a document and sending it to a client impresses me with its simplicity. In just a few clicks everything is ready the form fields are simple and it clearly outperforms other e-sign tools without awkward fields that require tweaking.

The limited free documents before a paid upgrade frustrated me but that's expected when testing a service like this.

I find it incredibly simple to set up, very easy to use and fast to send to clients.

Some issues appeared with the multi-sign feature which I think was a mistake on my end but customer support helped.

This app saves me a huge amount of administrative time especially since many recipients don't have Adobe and would otherwise print, sign and scan documents manually.

The only minor challenge was the initial setup....a beginner could need a walkthrough but this tool provided a helpful video so it was easy for me.

Gathering signatures feels very easy and user-friendly. even with the free plan, the interface looks polished and I feel confident I'll likely upgrade soon.

Compared to bulkier platforms this tool's interface is refreshingly simple in my opinion. Adding text fields takes just one click, color-coded signer fields are easy to track, sending is fast and the system provides progress updates saving me follow-up time.

As a newcomer to this tool I haven't run into many downsides so far but I'm still exploring all the features.
