this tool's interface is extremely well-designed, simple and logical which makes using it a pleasure for me.

Cons

Personally I haven't yet come across any aspects or features of it that I dislike, everything has worked well for me. My sole complaint is purely a matter of personal taste I'm not particularly fond of the application's name.

Pros

Using it I find it incredibly convenient to share and monitor document signatures on both web and mobile with the ability to restrict access and set permissions so only the right people can sign or view.

Cons

In my experience the pricing sits toward the upper end compared with competing products and I think it's noticeably more expensive than other similar options.

For me it's very easy to use and I appreciate how convenient it is to save and reuse templates.

Cons

I can't switch between multiple accounts on the basic profile which is limiting. Also while I get a notification when a signee opens a document I don't receive one when they've actually signed it I only get an email once the process is complete.

Honestly I can't put into words how great this tool is. I was ready to spend a lot on a different service for my small business to handle contracts and e-signatures but it turned out to be far more user-friendly, attractively designed and budget-friendly. It covers everything we need for bringing on new hires, handling business-to-business agreements and more so I am completely satisfied.

Cons

No complaints at all I genuinely enjoy every aspect of it really.

I find this a secure tool and it's very easy to place my signature and initials exactly in the right spot.

Cons

For me the sequence in which people are supposed to sign doesn't function properly.

Pros

The feature I use most is the ability for multiple people to sign documents, we appreciate how simple it is to use and I can get everything set up in roughly five minutes.

Cons

At the moment I don't have any drawbacks to report and I can't think of any issues worth mentioning right now.

Finding it easy to use I also appreciate that it has a free trial option.

I wish it could be offered at no cost for users in Africa if possible.

The interface is really easy and user-friendly, I find it much easier to navigate than the other digital packages I've used before.

No issues so far it's still early days and I can't think of anything I'd want changed at this point.

simple tool... I can easily send documents to several people at once and monitor where each signature stands. It offers nearly all the benefits of other e-signature services but what sold me was how much easier it is compared to printing, signing and scanning documents back and forth. Some recipients are still unsure about signing electronically so having pre-filled fields for initials, signatures, dates and text makes the whole process ridiculously simple even for the least tech-confident people.

Cons

I've noticed a frustrating limitation after I send a document for signatures I can't change the document or correct an email address without starting over. That means recreating the entire flow from scratch including re-entering all recipient emails plus placing every signature and text field again which wastes time and is inconvenient.

Overall I haven't had any problems with it up to now.

What I really like is how simple and convenient it is plus I can save my signature with a transparent background.

However my saved signature looks a bit blurry I wish the image quality were sharper.

I'm a fan of the electronic sign option and appreciate the confirmation email after a client signs.

To me it lacked nothing. It included every single feature needed to send contracts and have them signed.

Okay so I'm really glad I could start using this feature for free and when my needs expand I can upgrade at a very reasonable price.

Right now I would appreciate having more than a single template option though I do realize I'm on the free tier.

Since our team only needed a document-signing service occasionally, paying a monthly fee for the previous tool felt unnecessary. I'm very pleased that it provides a strong free plan that fits our needs.

I've found the interface refreshingly simple, the API easy to work with and the support team consistently helpful.

Unfortunately the Netrust root CA digital signature isn't trusted by Mozilla's NSS and this caused compatibility headaches for me.

Getting the eSignature contract up and running was incredibly simple and I quickly figured out the process. I could also merge documents and appendices so my client received one complete, cohesive file.

At the moment I can't think of any downsides to mention.

For me it's easy and user-friendly so I don't need any other tool.

There isn't much to complain about right now I use it primarily for electronic signatures but I'd appreciate additional language options for the ready-made templates.

I get five free signature services every month which is very helpful for my workflow.

Cons

everything works well but I wish I could save more templates for reuse.
