At first I wasn't sure which tool would make handling contract signing and keeping track of documents easier but it really fits the bill. It aligns the whole process for me and makes things simpler for my clients too which I absolutely love. The interface is clean and easy, very simple to navigate. I also like that they provide a trial so I could test it out and confirm it meets my needs something I wish more vendors offered.

I was able to create signature documents quickly and without any issue. The interface feels extremely simple and it only took me about one minute to assemble my first document and send it off for signatures. Their free trial is impressively comprehensive and includes all the tools I would need to get a small business up and running.

Cons

Keeping track of who has actually signed a document isn't as clear or user-friendly as I'd prefer. Also to pull the audit report for a file I have to download the whole document, whereas I'd expect an option to view a digital audit trail or directly download only that report. It also seems there's no way for me to change how often reminder emails go out for unsigned documents.

Honestly I've found it incredibly easy to use and it has helped my business cut down on overall costs. Offering three free documents each month feels like a decent way to begin and I plan to enable more notifications once I upgrade my plan.

I wish the free tier didn't limit me to sending just three documents per month although I admit that's still more generous than some competitors. It would be great if the Personal Plan came with a post-completion redirection feature, I'd really like to see that added in a future update.

I also love how effortlessly it lets me get digital signatures on documents. The whole signing workflow is fast and easy which is great for clients who aren't very tech-savvy.

For me it's not a major issue but if I'm nitpicky I wish there was a grid or alignment helper when placing signature fields. Right now positioning those boxes can feel fiddly since they don't snap into a grid or line up with other signature fields automatically.

The template links, at the price they were available, were incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of time.

Honestly nothing comes to mind for me especially when I compare it to services like DocuSign, where template link fees tend to be significantly higher and more of a burden.
