“User-friendly signing with smooth workflow

I'm really impressed by how user-friendly it is, setting up a document for signature was easy, signing one took no time and downloading both the completed file and the signature certificate was just as easy.

Cons

As a small nonprofit I really wish they offered a budget-friendly plan for organizations that only need electronic signatures now and then for example when updating bylaws or acknowledging policies.

I genuinely appreciate how simple it is to collect signatures on contracts and I like that the software is budget-friendly.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything I dislike which means I can't point to any particular use case as my least favorite.

Applying my signature feels smooth and I find the workflow fast and easy, far preferable to DocuSign.

Cons

Sometimes after I've finished signing, I spot a typo or some other mistake and then I have to re-upload an entirely new document and run through the full signing process again which is admittedly my oversight. If there were an option to edit the text in a signed document or correct minor errors without uploading everything anew, I think it would make the whole experience so much better and more polished.

Preparing a document for signature and dispatching it has been easy and I appreciate how reliably the workflow functions every time.

Cons

For Finland specifically I don't have the option to sign documents using my bank ID which is limiting.

Using this tool has been incredibly handy for running my business and I can routinely send out multiple contracts each month without any extra issue.

I haven't found any problems while using this application so far.

Okay so while using this tool has cut down the time I spend getting volunteers to sign documents. It's made my workflow much smoother and since both sides receive the completed document, I know we're aligned. I've also slashed the amount of printing I have to do for these forms for my organization.

I'd like the ability to send a single document to several separate signatories at the same time.

I've been able to use this feature online for free and over time I'm turning into a fan of it. Now it is offering me one year free if I complete their questionnaire so why not take them up on that!

Honestly at the moment I can't come up with any negatives! Let me keep using it for a few more months and perhaps then I'll have some points to share.

Setting up documents for sending was incredibly easy and I can even store frequently used files so sending them is quick and effortless.

So far I haven't run into any issues because it has worked flawlessly for everything we need it to do, meeting our requirements perfectly.

Signing up and getting around the UX/UI felt really easy and I appreciated having a free trial that let me test sending documents easily, everything worked easily for me throughout.

I have nothing to complain about, it performed perfectly for my needs.

For my work, this is honestly the easiest and fastest way I've found to get documents signed quickly.

It's annoying that it isn't free, lol, I find it really difficult when I'm working with others and we need an e-signature within a tight timeframe.

Pros

After trying both DocuSign and eSign, I've found it to be the clear winner for me. It reliably handles the work, my documents always look sharp and the cost feels fair.

Cons

Can't think of anything significant to complain about right now.
