Mobile e-signatures have been a real lifesaver for the people I ask to sign documents and I've found it really fast and simple to set up the 'multi-select' check boxes. Although I haven't yet explored the 'template' feature and have only been uploading files when I need signatures, I can tell that using templates would save me a lot of time and it's something I'm planning to try next.

No cons but I wish I could combine files or pull out individual pages from documents but there's no option for that.

Having moved away from the old practice of mailing contracts where customers had to print the agreement, sign it, then scan and send it back, I can honestly say this tool has made the whole experience much better for both my clients and me. Putting documents together is simple and simple and instead of people backing out because the signing process was lengthy, almost every customer now follows through and signs their agreements.

Cons

Don't really have any dislikes at this point. It includes everything I would expect from an e-signature service and in my experience it performs all of those functions flawlessly.

Perfect tool.... I find it really easy and convenient to use and ovell feels very user-friendly overall.

So far I don't have any major complaints but the document CC section is confusing when I add an email address and that part isn't very clear.
