Pros
I had no trouble getting started and uploading my own contracts for signatures was easy and hassle-free.
Cons
However when I needed to edit a contract whether to change a clause or update a line item the process felt somewhat awkward and tough.

What I love most about this app is how simple it is to use and my colleagues can easily access it at no cost when they only need to create a quick signature on rare occasions.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints, every interaction I've had with this tool has been positive and I struggle to come up with any suggestions that would improve it.

“fast setup with simple branding
Pros
Setting it up was really simple thanks to an simple GUI, I had everything running in under an hour. Even better, I could add my own branding to the agreement which felt professional. The Customer Success team's approach also stood out, I left a review and received a free upgrade which impressed me. I suspect that the free upgrade was linked to the single-use and the fact that I configured the product quickly. My hope is that the timing was deliberate and informed by usage data, for example, if most buyers upgrade within a week, offering a complimentary upgrade to those who wouldn't normally buy during the paid upgrade window makes sense.
Cons
At this point I haven't used it enough to find anything I dislike so far it appears to fulfill my needs perfectly. I'm happy to sit down for an in-person conversation in a few months after I've taken several customers through the workflow. You might not be looking for feedback from a solo entrepreneur since I imagine your focus is on larger accounts but because my business is Customer Success for B2B SaaS companies, I think I could offer some useful perspective.

“Bulk send and progress tracking made easy
Pros
clean and uncluttered interface makes the whole app incredibly easy to pick up and use. I'm able to schedule reminders, monitor progress and the bulk-send option saves me a ton of time. On top of that, the pricing feels fair and affordable for what it offers.
Cons
For my organization's requirements this functions as a reliable electronic signature solution that covers the essentials without unnecessary complexity.

“Digital trail simplifies record-keeping
Pros
I find the workflow for uploading and sending a document out for signatures extremely simple. It also helps a lot that there's an electronic trail showing how the document moved and the exact timestamps for each signature.
Cons

There are plenty of e-sign options out there but I consider myself fortunate to have found this tool on AppSumo as an LTD deal. Its easy and effective setup let me add users at a modest monthly cost, cutting expenses by about three times compared to big-name providers. The support team has been fantastic, even implementing my requests to simplify workflows.
Cons
Nothing to complain about. Really absolutely nothing. At our vocational school it has aligned our e-signing process and saved us a significant amount of time (and time is money). The core value of e-sign tools is ease of use for both the sender and the signer and it nails that. Over the past few months they've also put effort into improving the mobile signing experience which used to be a bit of a minor drawback for them so that issue has been addressed and the overall experience feels much more polished.

In my experience this is the best tool for collecting client e-signatures. The UI is clean and simple, anyone can pick it up quickly and the pricing is reasonable. I also value the custom branding options to personalize documents.
Cons
One thing I wish they'd improve is the way documents are uploaded and resized, it's a bit clunky. I also don't like that they charge extra for multiple senders and there aren't any integrations on SignWell, they really should add G-suite support.

Having used the app formerly known as DocSketch I find it attractive and efficient for applying digital signatures without fuss. It also lets me collect and store signatures using the contacts/address book feature.
Cons
One limitation I've run into is that while SingWell offers a wide range of document templates to pick from, it lacks a built-in editing tool for documents so I can't make needed changes directly within the app when the situation demands it.
