efficient and simple for busy managers

Pros

As a busy manager, I find this app impressively efficient and simple to use which adds real value to my packed schedule.

Cons

Sometimes I find modifying documents a bit tough and not as easy or simple as I would like.

effortless document setup

Pros

this tool has made it effortless for me to set up documents, have clients sign them and track completion. I can reuse templates and rely on email notifications when clients open documents, helping me know exactly when to follow up.

Cons

Honestly I can't point to many things I dislike about the platform so far. Everything that I've used feels very simple and easy. We also haven't received any feedback from clients saying they found it hard to navigate or complete their documents.

Budget-friendly with multi-user support

Pros

So far this tool has been a surprisingly budget-friendly option for handling electronic document signing compared with other tools I've tried. What really stands out to me is that I can add several people to sign or manage files without any additional fees. On top of that, I appreciate its automatic reminders that nudge people about documents still awaiting signatures.

Cons

I find the sign-up flow restrictive because it only supports signing in with a Google account as the social login choice which feels limiting. It would also be great if they introduced tools to let me edit documents and work with others live, enabling real-time collaboration.

Multiple signatures made easy

Pros

I appreciate that we can easily have multiple people sign documents online and I can also check emails within the system.

Cons

For improvements I'm hoping the user interface and admin panel get a refresh and I'd like to see more native third-party integrations, right now we rely on Zapier to fill the gaps and although it's effective, it can become expensive.

simple and uncluttered workflow

Pros

Using this tool I've found its interface to be refreshingly uncluttered and really simple to navigate. All I do is upload the document, enter one or more email addresses for the people who need to sign, place the signature and any other necessary data fields, then press send. I only wish I had come across it earlier. It has simplified my contract-signing workflow so I can complete things much more quickly without needing a fax machine or even a scanner to sign agreements or contracts.

Cons

I can't think of any real drawbacks because the service delivers exactly what it promises.

easy for all

Pros

I've discovered that it is everything I dislike least about signing tools, it completely avoids the usual messy technical overload. There's no digging through a heap of confusing configurations, anyone I share it with can pick it up without instructions, handle multiple signatures, track the validation steps and rapidly obtain the exact result they're after.

Cons

For me it's disappointing that this tool is only available in English. I hope the visible text stays very short and simple because if most of the interface is just a handful of brief phrases, then almost everyone I know should manage to use it without problems.

Proactive support and excellent service

Pros

In just a few days I saw them roll out new features that matched my requests. I'm impressed by how proactively they support users and by their outstanding customer service.

Cons

easy mobile signature usage

Pros

I've found it really easy to use especially on my phone, where I can use the swipe gesture to draw and save my signature.

Cons

When I insert a PNG of my signature onto a document that has a different color, I really miss a blending control or a 'make background transparent' option because otherwise I get a visible discolored patch where the signature sits.

control signing sequence with ease

Pros

Honestly this tool made it really easy for me to place fields for initials and signatures within a contract. The standout feature for me is being able to control the signing sequence so documents are completed in the exact order I need. It also sends an email notification to each person when it's their turn to sign and that automated reminder has been genuinely helpful.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints overall I'm pleased with the service and consider myself a happy customer.

attach multiple documents for convenience

Pros

It's really simple and simple to use so I felt comfortable navigating it from the first try. This tool lets me attach several documents in various file formats all at once for signatures which I found incredibly convenient. That capability saved me a lot of time by allowing me to collect all the required client signatures in one go rather than sending files separately.

Cons

I'd like this tool to offer HIPAA-level compliance and present clearer privacy statements before users e-sign documents since stronger privacy assurances would make me feel more secure when sharing sensitive information.

Single link for multiple signers

Pros

Using it has allowed me to get a proposal approved and then have a client sign it without having to juggle two separate applications. Before this, I had to stitch together different programs to finish the process. They recently released template links and that feature has saved me a ton of time. I had been looking for that convenience in some of the big-name tools and none of them offered it. Now I can send a single link out to several people and each person can complete their own personalized copy of the document. That comes in really handy when several stakeholders need to sign the exact same paperwork. I also like that the link can be embedded on a form or a webpage so a client can simply click and sign right there. It's incredibly easy. They also added a redirect after the form is completed so I can send clients to a custom landing page once they're done signing. That helps the onboarding flow keep moving instead of getting tangled up in back-and-forth emails. Since the company is run by the team behind Bidsketch, a proposal generation tool, I felt comfortable trusting them because they clearly understand this market and have great experience.

Cons

I really wish they would add HIPAA compliance especially now that template links and the option to select and send multiple templates at once are available. Having that security standard would make this tool so much more useful for me and for colleagues who work as insurance agents or in healthcare since we handle sensitive patient data.

fast proposal approval and e-signature

Pros

My team and I have relied on this tool for just over a year now. The e-signature tool is easy and lets us send proposals for deals and collect signatures fast. I got really pumped when I saw the recent round of improvements. One big plus is the ability to send clients to a URL after they sign which has been extremely useful because we can route them directly to our website's onboarding section. We also appreciate the new custom branding options, giving us that level of white-labeling makes the product feel much more like our own right now.

Cons

It's less a complaint and more a suggestion: I would like an option to manage several company profiles under a single login so when operating multiple businesses we could apply distinct custom branding for each one easily and easily.

easy for team approvals

Pros

About six months ago I began using this tool and I've been really pleased with how easy it is to send legal documents to the people I work with. The app lets me drop in text fields, date placeholders, initials and a variety of signature options across almost any file type, whether it's a .doc, .pdf, or Pages file. I've also been able to save documents as templates so I can reuse them for similar jobs later which saves time. On top of that, switching to this tool has cut down my reliance on printing and faxing which used to be a real hassle and eat up a lot of time. Best of all, this tool gives me control over the signing order and how many signatories are required for each document I send out.

Cons

Unless you're already using the templating feature placing all the different text boxes and signature widgets can be a real pain. For instance, the last file I sent required me to add roughly 20 text boxes and more than 12 initials (two per page) and manually positioning all of those was tedious. That brings me to a second, related problem: there's no built-in way to create or edit a document directly inside this tool, you must upload the original source file and then add every widget on top of it. That becomes a major headache when the source document has mistakes: after fixing the source you have to reupload the corrected file and start the whole process of adding your fields again. Despite these frustrations, I'm hopeful the developers will add in-app document editing in a future update so this tool can really shine.

Reusable templates and easy e-signing

Pros

I've found it easy to upload documents, build reusable templates and send polished, professional-looking emails to my clients. I rely on it for onboarding new clients, getting financial paperwork signed and handling various corporate formation documents. Since most document-signing tools focus on narrow feature sets, I really appreciate having a single, affordable platform that covers what I need and actually gets the job done.

Cons

For a doc signing tool it's pretty great overall I don't run into many problems though I'd like to see more API integrations to hook it into our other systems.

Professional onboarding

Pros

A really neat signature app has arrived recently. Digital signature features let businesses handle paperwork through the web. I have depended on similar services for years. When it showed up I was excited to give it a try. I liked it so much that I decided to cancel the other services I had been using previously.

Cons

One feature I asked for is a linkable document option so customers can sign directly. I made support aware of this request and they agreed it would be a useful addition. They told me it is on their roadmap to implement. Other than that I am a really happy camper.

Simple interface for proposals

Pros

I've used a bunch of eSignature services and for me this tool really stands out. The interface is simple and simple to navigate. I don't have to build proposals inside the app which makes it flexible when I draft proposals in Word or other formats and just need to collect signature fields and signatures.

Cons

I wish there was a more user-friendly way to sort signed files into folders or different directories with an improved layout. Right now my only option is to find documents using filter searches which feels limited.
