The whole system is user friendly and responds quickly which makes it a much better option than other services out there.

It is a genuinely free and trustworthy online tool that's also simple to operate. It performed perfectly for what I needed. So no complaints!

The convenience is something I like the most. Setting up an account is also not a problem and then uploading files and placing the signature and date fields is a very smooth process.

This is a very simple signature service to operate. The layout is clean and it has just as many features as the pricey, well-known competitors. I suggest it to all my friends and colleagues. Another big plus is they don't flood your inbox with constant promotional emails which is a relief compared to other companies.

Cons

There are very few drawbacks with this service. Such as getting the hang of sending documents to other people for signatures takes a little practice but their helpful and clear video guides make it easy to learn.

the layout is so easy to navigate with its clean design which really makes the task of signing documents much simpler.

the main restrictions I noticed are on the free tier which only allows three documents per month and does not include the more advanced tools.

The affordable price and the great tools are my favorite part. It offers everything the expensive guys do without the huge cost. So there is just no reason to overspend when this is available. I am thrilled I discovered it.

My only regret is that I did not find this platform sooner. I was getting frustrated with the popular signing tool due to its price hikes and inflexible subscription plans, so discovering it was a relief.

SignWell e-signature software is affordable, has a smart design and is very simple. Their support team is also quite helpful as they are always available when I need help.

You cannot make folders for organization but there is a simple way available to manage our files and the support team was very helpful in showing me how.

My experience with several e-sign programs led me here and this was the one that was both user-friendly and perfect for my requirements. I used it to create real estate purchase agreements and tenant leases. It is quick, user friendly and effortless. This software makes hitting my goals a no-brainer.

I have not faced any sort of trouble. I just upload my file, drag the signature fields to the right spots and the whole process is incredibly user friendly.

“Most approachable e-sign tool

Pros

You can log in with a Google account and get two free document signs every month which is an extremely useful way to try it out! Other companies do not offer free trials, so this is by far the most approachable online signing tool I have found.

Cons

The text boxes do not always align perfectly with the PDF layout, so I usually have to adjust their position manually.

Pros

Everything is just so easy to get to. Repositioning the signature and date fields is a simple task and I love how easy it is to add other people who need to sign.

Cons

One minor issue is that a client once suggested a different app. Also the extra page that says Signed with SignWell feels unnecessary. I mean I would prefer an option to remove it, especially for important official records.

Using the product is very simple and the whole experience feels responsive and engaging.

Occasionally the system does not seem to send the email out, so there might be a minor technical glitch now and then.

I have tried other apps like DocuSign but SignWell is much simpler to figure out. It is quick and very user-friendly.

Compared to other services, the number of documents we can send without paying is lower here.

The whole process is very very easy to understand. My files upload without a problem and are sent out to get signatures so easily.

Honestly I have not run into any problems so far and I am excited to dive deeper and learn about all the different functions it has.

the API connects well, the pricing is reasonable and I was really impressed that the support team proactively followed up on a problem I reported.

it was not quite as easy to figure out as I had hoped at first but it definitely has all the essential features I was looking for.
