“A great affordable alternative to big names

Pros

SignWell is really holding its own against the bigger, pricier names out there. It offers nearly all the same capabilities with a system that's user friendly and easy to use, all for a more reasonable cost.

Cons

It would be fantastic to have a dedicated stamp feature instead of the current workaround. So I feel like adding it as its own field would be a great improvement.

Handling documents with SignWell is remarkably easy and productive. Its smart design lets us send, sign and monitor papers without any hiccups. We can also save so much time using the templates and automated options, making it a top-notch choice for both personal and business use.

Even though it is a efficient platform, my personal wish is for more options to customize branding and document layouts, something many e-signature apps lack. Luckily it does not get in the way of how easy it is to use.

You can use it for free and it is super simple. The layout is well thought-out and the whole experience flows nicely. Even the starter plan comes with plenty of tools for what I need.

Migrating all my agreement templates over from DocuSign and getting them set up here is going to take some time.

It is incredibly simple, yet it handles every task you throw at it. The user experience is on par with or even surpasses, any other signing service I have tried and you simply cannot find a better price.

For my own purposes, I have not found any downsides. I can imagine bigger companies might need more advanced tools but I suspect their API probably addresses that for most of them.

I do not have any negative feedback at the moment! I did catch myself returning to the site to double-check that the contract was sent as I didn't get an email confirmation for it. That would be a helpful feature.

this tool is so simple to get the hang of. A lot of companies trick you into making an account and then restrict what you can do but it is the complete opposite. I mean you can sign up and immediately use it for all your important tasks.

The whole process for getting multiple people to sign was effortless with Signwell. In short the platform made it incredibly simple.

We combined several files into one document but the custom title we gave it didn't appear in the signature request emails. This ended up causing some confusion for the recipients.

It is fast and gets the job done without any fuss. The pre-made templates are great and function perfectly for what I need.

Filling out bigger forms on a phone is not the best experience since there is no dedicated mobile app to use.
