“licensing workflows made faster”
Pros
Harbour has really organised our licensing workflow. Instead of relying only on email we can send and receive signed documents through text messages, DMs and QR codes which has been a much better fit for our casual UGC licensors who are not always checking their inboxes. It gives us a practical way to reach licensors on the platforms they actually use and that has noticeably sped up our overall process. We've also integrated Harbour into our internal database so documents can be generated and sent straight from there. That has cut down on all the extra clicking and switching between tools for my team which has made the operation even faster.
Cons
From the admin side the dashboard can feel a little slow because of the high volume of contracts my team handles although from what I understand that is already being addressed.
