“Remote-friendly form management
Pros
Running my business has been easier since using it. I can build the forms I need and manage applications even when I'm away from my desk. Having control over how data is collected and what documents are produced has been extremely helpful for my workflow.
Cons
The main downside I run into is that the sheer number of applications I get starts to push me toward needing an upgrade, as submissions grow, I find myself having to move to a higher plan to keep up.

“Fewer follow-ups, better completion
Pros
Across my team and clients, the tool has been easy to work with. I've noticed more documents getting completed without issues which saves me time following up.
Cons
Creating a one-size-fits-all setup is really difficult for us because each company has unique requirements and I'm constantly having to adjust for different requests and exceptions.

“Polished forms without code
Pros
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I could create polished forms without writing any code. The drag-and-drop editor feels natural and there are plenty of ways to adjust the design and fields to match what I need.
Cons
it can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes, there are so many menus and settings that it can be hard for newcomers to know where to start.

“Useful but needs refinement
Pros
this tool has been convenient and helpful for building forms. I do think the interface could use a few improvements but overall it gets the job done for me.
Cons
I can't point to many things I dislike, maybe I just haven't noticed any flaws yet. If I spot any missing features, I'll be sure to let you know.

“Accurate documents and smooth input
Pros
it consistently generates accurate documents from different inputs. Entering information feels easy and I don't run into unnecessary friction.
Cons
It doesn't seem capable of reading every piece of information within a form, so I often find highlighted blank fields left behind whenever I skip or omit certain entries.

“Easy setup that cuts down on paper use
Pros
Setting up Jotform to gather client details and adjust our forms was pretty easy and it's been amazing for cutting down on paper use and keeping everything in order. The website is also reliable and the form tools along with the great support team make the price totally worth it.
Cons
Sometimes when our internet goes down, it creates syncing problems that slow our workflow. Also I would love to see even better bug fixes and a few more ways to customize things.

“easy to get the hang of
Pros
Getting the hang of the platform was no trouble at all. I put together a form and pulled the data from it without any issues. We actually used it to manage the elections for our 4-H youth program.
Cons
My experience has been mostly problem-free, though the 100 response cap on the free plan feels a bit limiting while the 1000 submission tier is way more than I'd ever require.

“The most simple and user-friendly system
Pros
In my experience this is the most simple, user-friendly and adaptable form system that's also a cinch to set up, the number of available integrations is impressive, the forms work the best and they seamlessly move the gathered data to the next step. Overall it's worth every cent.
Cons
To be perfectly honest, I do not have a single complaint. It turned out to be precisely the solution I needed and fits my requirements perfectly.

“Pretty simple to figure out
Pros
Even if you are just starting out, Fotform is pretty simple to figure out. Creating forms is a smooth and pleasant process thanks to its user friendly design and the huge selection of templates we can tweak. Plus our team really loves how fast you can build a form, share it and connect it with other apps.
Cons
The one drawback is that the free version has pretty low limits compared to what the platform can actually do and we need more submissions or storage space, we find ourself having to upgrade fairly fast. That said the paid plans are genuinely good value for the money.

“Ultimate solution for daily tasks
Pros
This has been the solution for a lot of my daily form building tasks. It lets me create them in an engaging way, send them out via a link and then receive and download the responses as a PDF or an XLS file. On top of that you can adjust the forms to your personal preference. It also comes with templates that are ready to use and modify.
Cons
Up to this point everything with the tool has been very positive and productive. I have not come across any disadvantages or difficulties in using it.

“Flexible platform
Pros
The platform is flexible and easy to understand, even when you are brand new. Like we do not need to spend much time at all to get familiar with all the important functions.
Cons
Its interface feels a bit overwhelming with its many tabs and buttons. Also a few of the features also seem to overlap with each other.

“Quite pleasant to use & highly customizable
Pros
Jotform software is quite pleasant to use and has a really nice look to it. We even have the freedom to make our tables or forms as vibrant and colorful as we'd like since they are highly customizable. It also simplifies gathering a lot of information and makes it easy to track the status of any form like seeing who still needs to sign.
Cons
For some time, I had a problem where certain employees could not log in to it to sign the documents I sent them. But luckily I found a workaround that lets me send a direct link as it opens the form right away without them needing an account.

“excellent capabilities
Pros
It is pretty simple to use and comes packed with excellent capabilities. The free version is available without a lot of annoying, confusing ads. Their customer service team was also very responsive when I found a bug in the report builder. I do wish that feature was more developed, however I understand that paid plans help drive improvement.
Cons
I kept running into issues with the report builder crashing whenever I tried to edit paragraph text and the free plan does restrict the number of submissions, so that's something to keep an eye on.

“Great value on the entry-level plan
Pros
The entry-level plan offers really good value. Customizing our forms is an uncomplicated process here. Plus it has pretty much every feature we could imagine and it does a great job collecting information and delivering it to us.
Cons
When we move past the cheapest pricing level, the cost starts to feel a bit high for what we get especially compared to other similar software options.

“Easy setup!
Pros
the setup was so easy and another feature I really like is being able to duplicate existing forms and then tweak them to fit my company's specific and unique needs.
Cons
there is not anything I dislike about it. my only wish is that I had more time to explore its features beyond just the wellness assessments for potential clients as I have not had a chance to dive into the training yet.

“lifesaver for non-profit event planning
Pros
As a volunteer for a non-profit, I needed a dependable method to gather details for an upcoming special event. With around 200 attendees expected, I wanted something reliable that would also be simple to embed into our Canva site. It is where this tool comes in handy. As the setup process was great and I was really impressed with the customization features that let me get the look just right. The fact that there is a free plan is a huge plus too.
Cons
I didn't realize that testing my form link inside Canva would use up my monthly form view limit until I checked my accounts usage tab. This makes me less likely to check on my form so often.

“simple tool that functions perfectly
Pros
This was a simple tool to use. Plus it functions perfectly on both mobile devices and computers and it met almost all of our requirements for both local and international use.
Cons
Setting up ranked voting is a bit trickier here, especially when we use the drag-and-drop format. the way the data is presented can be confusing.

“pleased with the AI chat features
Pros
We started off using the free version which is a great way to try out a service you might not have considered. Up to now we have been very pleased with the AI agent's chat features and how it processes, remembers and analyzes details from our website, learning more with every chat and our input. Also it is incredibly easy to configure and operate and our clients find it simple too. Getting it started was effortless too and we integrated it into our Squarespace website very quickly and efficiently.
Cons
Well we have been a little confused by the full range of capabilities and the different platforms Jotform offers. However for the initial version we are using, we are greatly impressed.

“Quite fond of the overall design
Pros
The overall design of this tool is something I am quite fond of as everything feels very simple and easy to navigate. Plus it offers a lot of integration possibilities such as sending form responses directly to a Google Sheet, which allows for much more flexible data analysis.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the App Builder still has a beta feel to it, its lacking many of the options available in the Form Builder, even though it seems like they should be included. Also a number of the widgets seem unfinished or don't match the overall design.

“No programming skills needed!!
Pros
You don't need any programming skills at all, the form builder is highly visual, letting us simply drag and drop fields wherever we want, rearrange them and watch our form come together right before our eyes.
Cons
Some field types such as Input Tables, Matrixes or Widgets cannot be pre-filled with data from other forms. This makes it difficult for us to transfer structured information between forms seamlessly.
