“customizable and professional tool
Pros
For my dessert inquiries, this tool has been an absolute game-changer. It has allowed me to personalize the forms in ways I couldn't before and they turn out looking very clean, attractive and easy for my customers to read. I also appreciate having a mobile app so I can check submissions from my phone, while the desktop version mirrors everything so things stay consistent across devices. Even on the free plan I found a surprising number of form styles available which gave me plenty of options. Switching from Google Forms to it ended up being the smartest move I made for my business, the overall polish and customization I get now have made managing orders and questions much simpler and more professional.
Cons
Only concern I have is that the price feels a bit steep. I worry that paying that monthly fee could strain a small business's finances, especially in tighter months. That said, it's not impossible to fit into a budget if you plan carefully but the recurring cost is something I consider a downside when deciding whether to keep the subscription.

“user friendly tool
Pros
What I appreciate is how user-friendly this tool is, even for folks who aren't tech-savvy. Although I'm fairly computer literate, I often get asked by coworkers to handle tasks they can't manage and that eats up a lot of my time. Building a template in this tool that others can use has stopped me from being the only person who could assemble multiple "quotes." Previously I had to format the quotes in a spreadsheet, then save them as PDFs to send to potential clients. These days I've set up a pre-formatted version of the tool for others and they can either send the quote directly or download it and attach it to an email. It's simple for them and it saves me a great deal of time. Honestly, it's made my workflow much smoother.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints about this tool. The little annoyances I've experienced are mostly because I didn't set things up properly at the start. For instance, each time a coworker uses the tool, I receive an email containing a copy of what they created. I simply haven't taken the time yet to go back and learn how to stop that. Next time I'll create the tool account using their name and email address so they will receive their own verification messages instead of me. I'll fix it soon when I have time.
