“simple for gathering event information
Pros
Using it was so simple and gathering information at our BTL events was easy too. Overall the whole process was smooth and provided a distinctive method for capturing data without being time consuming which really us helps save time.
Cons
The loading times can be slow on occasion and I feel like it would be great if customization could be more automated and adding tutorial videos would also be helpful but other than that, everything is okay.

“Very user-friendly
Pros
The best part about Jotform for me was how user-friendly it is. I could just get started immediately and work on what my job required. Sharing my progress with colleagues was simple too and it allowed them to easily collaborate on the project as well.
Cons
On a few occasions I ran into some trouble getting specific features to work exactly the way I needed them to.

Pros
It is so easy and quick to use. I mean anyone can use it and you can see the results at any time. The quality of the infographics is excellent too.
Cons
You have to pay for a more advanced version and the free plan does not allow multiple people to manage the results.

Jotform offers the best value for customizing our forms, collecting signatures and handling documents for every single client.
Cons
The initial setup process felt a bit difficult but once I had everything created, things started to run much more smoothly.

“Excellent for integrated signing
Pros
It lets us build forms and gather all the information we require. My favorite part is how respondents can both sign the document and upload files all within the same form.
Cons
At times the export function can be a bit clunky and sometimes it fails to export entirely, plus other times the downloaded document's formatting does not match the original form's design.

“great drag & drop function
Pros
The drag and drop function is definitely one of Jotform's best aspects. It lets you build and personalize forms with no need for coding skills. Gathering and tweaking data is simple too, there are themes we can adjust for our brand and publishing a form from our phone or computer is easy too.
Cons
Occasionally uploading an old form to use as a template does not work perfectly, we often have to do some creative tweaking to fix titles or sections that did not copy over correctly.

“Really solid surveys
Pros
Even on the free plan, we can make really solid and reliable surveys with Jotform. The room for growth and the sheer number of choices available are also unmatched. With so many widgets to pick from, the fact that I get to use them is something I truly appreciate.
Cons
I have not run into any major issues so far. That said for a single user, the jump in price from the free plan to a paid one feels like a significant burden.

Pros
The website is very simple, the settings are good and I am able to put forms together with a lot of speed and ease.
Cons
Honestly I dont have any complaints. The platform serves me well, has never let me down and whenever I have had a problem, I have been able to get help and find a solution.

“So easy to use!!
Pros
Because this tool is so easy to use, everyone on our team can operate it without trouble. Its functions are great as you can set a minimum length for answers, have the form automatically sent to several places and it also includes privacy settings too. We use it for legal waivers and sign-up sheets and it performs wonderfully for both.
Cons
While you can upload your logo and do some basic formatting, it is often hard to hide the fact that you are using a third-party service. Also I noticed sometimes the design options lack a bit of sophistication.

Pros
It handles your documents in a way that is both professional and effective. The value for the money is incredible too and they assist their users with data gathering, mobile functionality and client paperwork, all made simpler through their customizable forms.
Cons

“Pretty simple to navigate
Pros
Jotform platform is pretty simple to navigate. Having access to such a huge variety of templates is a feature I love as it makes the whole process much simpler.
Cons
We have not had any problems since we started using it back in 2021. If I had to mention a minor point, it might be the limit on how many free accounts you can create.

“Amazing value and very user friendly
Pros
Right now we are using it for client questionnaires and staff checklists. You can create your first few forms for free with very few restrictions which is amazing value. The interface is also very user friendly, so you do not need to be tech-savvy to get going. Plus we are big fans of the drag and drop capability and the option to add our own branding. The file upload and download feature for clients is excellent too and the forms work perfectly on mobile and being able to export all the important data is amazing and a huge time-saver.
Cons
For our needs, we have not found any downsides yet. We still have not tried out all the features. Perhaps offering free trials for some of the premium features would be useful.

Pros
Its both versatile and simple to use. You can put together forms that look professionally made in just a few minutes, with no programming required. The wide selection of templates and customization features allows me to make sure the forms match our company's branding perfectly.
Cons
The only potential drawback that comes to mind is the pricing model but when you consider the value you receive, it is still a worthwhile investment.

What stands out to me is Jotform's interface, which is very easy to get the hang of. Plus customizing and creating a wide variety of forms is something I can do without any difficulty.
Cons
In my opinion its fees and monthly charges are far too high. Paying fifty dollars a month just to run forms is a lot for a small business like mine.

Pros
There is a great variety of consent forms available on Jotform. The ready made templates are a great feature and I love that you can tweak them to fit your needs. Overall the whole platform is very user-friendly and having full functionality on the mobile app is a nice touch.
Cons
According to me its pricing is a bit steep for the features you get. I do believe they offer a free trial though.

Pros
Managing registration for our hybrid events has become so easy with Jotform. I could easily add a product option to handle both in-person and online attendees and I even set it to automatically stop in person sign-ups once we hit our capacity. Plus customizing the form for this was a quick and simple process. Pulling the sign-up list and exporting it to Excel is also hassle-free. The automated email feature is an added bonus. Overall the entire registration process from start to finish is now much smoother than on any other platform we have tried.
Cons
My account is on the free plan but I was not fully aware of all the restrictions. So it is a good idea to review those before you decide to stick with free or upgrade.

Cons
Only small flaw is that the map function and linking to specific locations is not very versatile. However it's not an essential feature for me.

The level of customization you can achieve is amazing and it's all so simple to handle. The range of tools and possibilities is also massive especially when we compare it to other tools that cost a lot more.
Cons

It is highly adaptable and the price is more affordable than most sales tools out there and after we get the hang of building forms, we can just make copies of our old ones to save time.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you are new to building forms. So I think a company might need to provide some basic training so everyone can use it effectively.

Pros
My experience with creating online forms for our customers has improved a lot. I can now set them up in just a few steps. This has made capturing and moving data much simpler and more efficient.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that people who fill out my surveys cannot go back and edit their answers after they have already signed and submitted the form.
