I've found this platform incredibly easy to use and highly flexible as a development platform. It comes with a wide selection of templates and what seems like limitless widgets, plugins and features you can plug into every form you build which makes tailoring forms to specific workflows fairly convenient. It's very user-friendly for running surveys, yet great enough to support e-commerce needs as well, letting me handle payments, product listings and order processing without having to switch tools. The free tier includes five forms and the paid plans are reasonably priced if your business needs go beyond that limit, so upgrading feels worthwhile when growth demands it. Personally, I rely on it for running surveys for my fantasy football league, creating confirmation documents for performance events, building customer voting platforms, scheduling appointments for clients and even operating a ticket shop for live events. I strongly suggest signing up for an account and poking around the many options this tool offers to help align your business efforts going forward.

Cons

Duplicating an entire form is easy and simple but figuring out how to duplicate individual pages inside a form is trickier than it should be. Support is great overall, yet I find that most troubleshooting and creative solutions come from digging through community forums rather than getting everything resolved directly through official channels.

There are a handful of features I've tried to use that this platform doesn't provide. For example, countersigning has been a real sticking point for me. The payment functionality exists, yet the configuration options are usually too limited and they don't behave the way I'd expect. I found setting up and customizing surveys really easy and I appreciated being able to combine different question types. It was great that respondents could attach files with their responses and organizing the submissions was simple and simple to navigate.

Cons

The free tier simply didn't provide sufficient storage for uploads or handle large volumes of responses. Because I was using this on behalf of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we always try to pick the most budget-friendly tools. I do like that there's a fairly generous free tier but I've found that conditional logic is pretty restricted unless I upgrade to a higher-priced plan. The more advanced conditional rules and branching options are locked behind those premium tiers. Even so, given everything this tool offers overall, I can accept that limitation for now.

Whether I'm organizing a family potluck or running more complicated business surveys, I turn to this tool for a wide range of tasks. For family events everyone signs in, marks off what they're bringing and then they receive an email reminder so nobody forgets their dish. When it's time to schedule a ZOOM meeting that fits multiple people's calendars, I send out the possible slots and get a clear, user-friendly tally that helps me pick the best time. I also use it to handle registrations for the Computer Classes I teach at our local Community Center, because class sizes are limited, the form enforces the enrollment cap so we don't overbook. On top of that, participants always get an email copy of the option they selected. Our HOA has even adopted it for all their forms which says a lot about its flexibility and reliability.

As an accounting firm, we tried to rely on their platform for easy client forms and onboarding. We really needed something like this to handle client data, so I even shared my login with their support team so they could download a form for us. After that, our account was inexplicably locked and we lost access. Reaching out to support was useless, no replies, and when I contacted sales to ask whether paying for a higher tier would fix things, they told me that moving from the free plan to enterprise required a jump of over $500. This experience has been deeply troubling, I would caution others to avoid it, since you risk being locked out and potentially losing access to client data.

It is perfect for me how the forms can be adjusted and fitted to my needs. There are lots of different fields and widgets you can add easily. It supports photo uploads, signatures and also connects with payment platforms easily. It is really easy to use.

I don't have many complaints about this tool. Most of the time it helps me finish the tasks I need to complete. When I build forms with it, I can gather the information that matters most. There is a feature to bring teams into the workflow. I just wish I could try that team feature before committing to a purchase.

A few issues have come up for me, 1. The upload workflow is confusing because users must click an upload button to attach an image. People usually expect to just attach a file without a separate confirmation, so I had to add an explanatory note (with a screenshot) to the form to show that the image only becomes attached after pressing the upload button and watching it turn green. The button itself is a light grey and easy to miss. 2. There appears to be a glitch when I duplicate a form and then make edits, printing a submission sometimes comes out scrambled and even shows questions I deleted from the original form. 3. The worst problem is that when I try to open an attached image from a submission to view it larger or to download it, the image can disappear instead, it feels like the system interprets that action as trying to edit the entry. I've lost images this way and had to ask contributors to resend them by email. Overall, most of these are annoyances but the disappearing images have caused real extra work and frustration.

We rely on this tool for our daily checklists, safety inspections and a whole bunch of other tasks. All of our information is saved and easy to access and we can generate reports and download them. This solution has taken us from lugging around 6" binders full of paperwork to using almost no paper at all. The support team answers questions quickly and is very helpful whenever we need assistance.

Cons

Haven't really found any significant drawbacks in my experience. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be support for NFC tags or a badge reader integration so I could take attendance at safety meetings much more efficiently and with less manual effort.
